Geek2232
Over the course of a four-year ownership period, I have had persistent challenges in removing a multitude of suction marks from the inside glass of my C class vehicle. There are visible markings present on both the windshield and the sliding panoramic sunroof, presumably originating from sales signage boards often used by dealerships. Could someone provide a method for eliminating them, since I have exhausted my repertoire of ideas.
ByteStorm
I understand your perspective on the presence of suction marks. It was previously believed that the glass originated from the manufacturing installation. Regrettably, I am uncertain of a potential solution. Rojoires
Have you experimented with Meths or a ceramic hob cleaner?
SkippyTom
The use of Metamark surface cleaner is expected to effectively remove the stains for the user. By doing an online search, one can easily locate a provider based in the United Kingdom. Personal experience indicates that the price of a bottle was around £18.00 during the most recent purchase, although it is worth noting that the product has a long-lasting duration. Paulinelinker
The most effective method I have discovered for eliminating undesirable particles from the outside surface of automotive glass involves the use of an exceedingly fine wire wool. Prior to proceeding, it is recommended to apply a layer of washing up liquid over the glass surface.Subsequently, proceed to apply the substance onto the glass surface. It is advised to refrain from using the matrix coating present on the inside. clk320x4
Prior to cleaning the glass surface by means of scratching, may I inquire as to which automobile glass cleansers you have utilized? Could you please provide more context or clarify your question? Are you referring to the brand Aut Could you please clarify your question or provide more context? If Autoglym were to be used, would the more resilient "Glass Polish" be employed instead of the expedient though less intense "Fast Glass"? Did you consistently use paper, specifically kitchen roll, as opposed to cloth, for the purpose of cleaning it subsequently?
Paulinelinker
It is quite unlikely that the glass will be scratched. In previous instances, I have acquired automobiles that underwent bodywork repairs, resulting in the inadvertent presence of residual spray paint on the glass windows, presumably left by the automotive repair facility. The only effective method of removal included the use of fine wire wool.Occasionally, I myself undertake the task of cleaning the windows of my own Mercedes-Benz vehicle using the aforementioned product. Upon first use, I found it to be quite impressive.
DSM10000
I would be inclined to use a plastic scouring pad for cleaning glass surfaces, but wire wool would not be recommended for this purpose. One must possess a refined mastery of the method in order to prevent any potential harm to the glass surface.
Paulinelinker
What is the level of hardness shown by toughened glass? However, it is important to refrain from using the dot at the conclusion of a sentence.
Darrellll
I also use the 00 gauge wire wool for the purpose of cleaning windows. I have never had any difficulties.

ML350_Colin
I use cost-effective soap-infused pads, namely generic brand brillo pads, for the purpose of cleaning glass surfaces. This method proves to be effective due to the inclusion of a built-in lubricant, requiring just the application of water for optimal cleaning. Howard_silver
The White Magic Eraser may be considered a viable option for experimentation. The cost of purchasing 10 pads is around £2.
Paulinelinker
Brillo pads are equally effective.I will attempt to engage with the subject matter.
jimmy47785
An further concern associated with the use of wire wool pertains to the detachment of metal particles, which have the potential to get lodged inside the crevices of an automobile's bodywork, thereby initiating the corrosion process. Frequent conversations can be seen on guitar forums over the practice of using wire wool for the purpose of polishing guitar frets. However, it has been noted that this approach may result in the accumulation of particles on the magnetic pickups, particularly concerning for experienced guitarists. Consequently, an increasing number of individuals are opting to use plastic pads for this task in contemporary times. The use of Autoglym glass polish, either with a DA polisher or by manual means, is expected to be sufficient for the removal of such markings.
