A new fuel pump has been installed, however, it is still not functioning. The battery has been fully charged, but, only a voltage of 10.4 volts is being seen at the fuel pump feed. Examined the Tyco blue relay (with 4 spade connectors) located in the white fuse/relay box. When supplied with electricity, it produced an output voltage of 12.6 volts. Is the fuel pump supplied with fuel from the Fuel Control Unit? Are there no diagrams included in the Haynes manual? If anybody has any guidance or recommendations, it would be much appreciated.
