  1. The X Type's budget construction was evident in numerous ways. Many suspension parts, among others, will have been changed at 117k miles.
  2. I would immediately disregard the one that has not been serviced. An automobile I purchased once traveled thirty thousand miles between oil changes. Shortly after, the engine failed.
  3. The flaps closing against intake constitute the stop point, hence the answer is no, regrettably.
  4. It has to do with the motion, not the motor, therefore you'll have to make adjustments and reset it to learn the end stops regardless of which direction you travel. so, the absence of flaps will cause the bar to revolve infinitely, even with your motor attached. remove the flaps and bar, replace the manifold and then find a place to reset the modifications. ISTA isn't required; autel, launch, and others can accomplish the same.

  7. However, the issue seems to be with the gasoline supply.
  8. 2013 W212 Facelift E200 automatic petrol engine with 4.7-liter Nexus engine. Thanks to some tweaks I made in the engineering menu, I can now put the screen to black and have it warn me to "watch your surroundings" whenever I put the car in reverse. A CVBS camera and an RCA to Fakra adapter are on my shopping list. While installing my subwoofer, I will verify the configuration. If you have any advice or real words of discouragement, please share the
  9. It was in my 2010 model, but it was in the jack. I had already printed off a copy from the internet when I discovered it!
  10. Greetings, all! I'd want to introduce myself because I'm new to the forum. A 2013 Mercedes C220 was my latest purchase I figured I'd join up because my car is showing signs of trouble at just 156,000 kilometres, and I could use some help from folks who are familiar with this model. What might be considered typical for its age and what could be signs of a more serious issue that requires attention is something I'm attempting to figure out. Being a part of this community makes me joyful, and I can't wait to hear about your experiences. Would much appreciate any assistance. Thank you in advance.
  11. To reiterate what has already been stated. Definitely more urgent and silky smooth in E when I've drove hubby's CLS220d and pressed the S button. Since it's a 69 plate, check out the adblue range (in the menus on the dashboard). Just for the purpose of collecting data, if you decide to buy one.
  12. You have been a member since 2003, so it is understandable that you have encountered the subjects in my threads numerous times. Conversely, I have been a member for only 10 months and continue to discover new information about a marque I have owned for decades. Furthermore, I am confident there are other members like myself, which is why I invest significant time and effort in assisting newer members rather than the seasoned veterans, who I presume possess extensive knowledge and lack interest in my posts, which may seem trivial to them. Similarly, I am not directing my efforts towards these forum experts, as they certainly do not require assistance from someone like me. This is an international forum for Mercedes owners and enthusiasts, encompassing both members and guests. My intention is to offer assistance, advice, insights, and occasionally share humorous clips, cartoons, or light-hearted content. I do not aim to impart knowledge to those already well-versed, as I have previously stated; those with expertise may simply bypass my threads, as I have reiterated multiple times. My little movie elucidates the function, since a 'picture' conveys a thousand words, making it more comprehensible than text. Therefore, I believe a comprehensive video on the topic is warranted, and at 2 minutes and 4 seconds, it is relatively concise.
