Paulinelinker
After a four-week duration, I have received the V5C document from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) confirming the registration of the vehicle in my name. Consequently, I have successfully transferred the short dateless number plates onto the aforementioned vehicle. The appearance is really satisfactory, and I am experiencing a great deal of contentment.
VWDaveBMW
I own two lengthy numerical values, namely 9117 and 9118. Several years ago, I made my first purchase of an item. The seller had listed it as a "911 7" on an online platform, namely eBay. However, there were no bids placed on the item, allowing me to get it for a total cost of £20, with an additional £1 for shipping. Around five years ago, I acquired a second vehicle that I found irresistible to purchase, as the visual appeal of having two BMWs parked next to each other was rather compelling. WordSmith
The use of elongated license plates with abbreviated names is aesthetically displeasing to me. Unfortunately, there is no remedy for my disdain for abbreviated license plates. Moreover, the inclusion of EU writing on the left side of the plates further contributes to their unbalanced appearance. Consequently, I have opted for a set of license plates that better suit my preferences, specifically for my vehicle, a 640d.
PixelMaster
The vehicle in question, which has an old Belfast registration, exhibits a commendable condition considering its vintage as a late 1980s model.
dave783
The lettering used does not conform to European Union standards. The flag in question is the British flag, also known as the Union Jack, which serves as a symbol for the United Kingdom (UK). Consequently, when I engage in international driving, there is no need for me to affix a country identifying sticker to my vehicle.
VWDaveBMW
The two concepts are essentially equivalent; yet, I do not have a preference for either one. Perhaps obtaining a sticker would be a suitable alternative.

IrvesBMW
Yes, indeed! Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) is still capable of reading the information on the number plate.
