  1. I encounter no difficulty after adhering to the basic setup instructions; both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth must be enabled, and my iPhone connects and pairs effortlessly each time. 🤷‍♂️
  2. A low oil level could result in the pick-up tube momentarily ingesting air during high-speed cornering. The G-force displaced the oil to one side of the sump, resulting in oil hunger. The problem was partially resolved with the implementation of oil baffles and the configuration of sumps to mitigate this issue. Ford faced class action lawsuits in the USA due to significant big end bearing failures in their V6 engines, attributed to the massive circular slip lanes leading onto motorways, where vehicles would experience oil starvation caused by g-forces displacing oil away from the pickup tubes. I trust this issue has been resolved; nonetheless, I would not be astonished if it remains unaddressed.
  3. That concludes the responses thus far; I suspect the new battery may be defective. I charged it overnight, and as soon as I disconnect the charger, the voltage declines significantly. Proceeding with additional investigation.
  4. Thank you. Mine plummeted unexpectedly on the track yesterday.
  5. Thank you for your reply. I ventured out this afternoon, and upon returning after an hour, the device was functioning well, displaying no warnings and a battery reading of 12.4 volts. I hope Kia can resolve the issues related to their 12v systems and possible ICCU failures. I have possessed the car since last April, and it is an exceptional vehicle; nonetheless, I lack confidence in it. It may be prudent to examine alternative options.
  6. Enquire whether anyone has experienced this. This morning, I entered the vehicle, and my BM2 indicated a low state of charge and a battery voltage of 10.5 volts. The battery was just replaced with a Yuasa Silver. The vehicle initiated without issue and indicated charging during my 30-minute journey, with the state of charge increasing. Returned to the vehicle thirty minutes later; it started without issue, but the voltage was again low. Arrived home and turned off the vehicle; the voltage immediately decreased again. I replaced the 12v battery with the old one, which indicated 12.65v, and immediately it began to decline to low 11v readings. The vehicle in utility mode indicates that it is charging properly; nevertheless, there seems to be an anomaly with the battery voltage decreasing despite no active components. I have verified the voltages with a multimeter, and they correspond accurately to the BM2 readings. Are these indications of an impending ICCU failure?
  7. I would choose that Porsche over the Ferrari every day. In my opinion, the Testarossa was not the brand's most aesthetically pleasing vehicle.
  8. It is likely that components such as belts, harmonic balancers, and suspension will require replacement, along with potential injector issues. However, if the price is reasonable, it is advisable to proceed and conduct a thorough test drive.
  9. I have recently received a new Toyota C-HR. Excellent automobile, albeit with one issue. It lacks a rear wash wipe. Toyota asserts that the rear window's pronounced slope causes water to be expelled at high speeds. The issue is that it must be moving at a certain velocity to be effectively washed away. Certainly, that also pertains to a soiled window. Exercise caution if you are considering the purchase of one of these vehicles.
  10. Is it feasible to upgrade the operating system of my 2018 Cooper S to the current version, as you have accomplished?
  11. I am considering acquiring a P300e. Are there numerous owners present? What are your impressions? Thank you.
  12. Once more, the inquiry is whether anyone has adapted the 340HP "S" capacity to the non-"S" variant, as there seems to be no mechanical constraints preventing the higher output configuration.

  14. Embarrasingly, "I read it on the internet". I am uncertain whether it was in this topic or another, as I can not clearly remember the location. Some posts now say it may be related to towing capacity being raised to 5K from 3.5K, wrt the air/water intercooler.
  15. Looking at what I can find, the difference between the Turbo & Turbo S is they have the same engine & turbo, but the "S" has a larger intercooler and different ECU programming. Has anyone tried porting the "S" programming to a non-"S" engine?
  16. Indeed, it was cleverly concealed within another article! Apologies.
  17. Thank you, but I am uncertain if you noticed that both I and the vehicle are located in France. Since 2021, the transportation of goods between France and the UK has become more complex than it was previously. Value Added Tax and import duty are required when goods cross the borders in both directions. Additionally, a handling fee applies.
  18. Because it is a highly unpredictable endeavour. Indeed, it may be successful, but I prefer to accomplish the task in a single attempt.
  19. Greetings, I have recently joined in the hope that someone can assist with a problem. The automobile is a 2002 ML320, with a VIN concluding in A327127. The vehicle is equipped with Brembo callipers on all sides; however, I have broken the bleed nipples on both rear callipers and wish to replace them. Parts fiches indicate a part number alteration at VIN A343161; however, suppliers of new components only reflect a change at VIN A289560, coinciding with the transition to Brembo brakes. From A289560 to A343161, the rear right calliper has a Brembo part number A1634230198; beyond A343161, it changes to A1634230898. A comparable alteration exists for the left side. Is this merely a minor alteration, involving components sourced from a different Brembo facility, slight modifications in shape, etc., or is it a significant change? My primary concern is whether these two versions of the Brembo rear calliper are interchangeable. Can anyone assist?
