Your battery is severely depleted. Require a replacement. Noco manufactures jump start packs. That should be sufficient to transport you to the mechanics and restore functionality for future use. Alternatively, if you possess rudimentary equipment and abilities, you may replace the battery on your own. There are instructional guides available on this platform.

There is a danger associated with the top-down approach that someone or a bird may inadvertently drop something into your automobile. Top up refers to the potential danger of someone infiltrating your roof. Owning a Spyder might be challenging, but the experience of driving with the top down and hearing the powerful V10 engine makes it very rewarding.

The PTG SC provides a significant increase of 250WHP.

The gearbox failure is not caused by the horsepower, but rather by the torque. All gearbox models have a maximum limit, which is generally indicated in the model number. My Alfa box is named F40 because to its capability to withstand 400 Newton metres of torque. In contrast, the lower version uses the M32 box, which has a maximum limit of 320 Newton metres. None of the gearbox or gearbox models I have come across have a maximum horsepower rating, since horsepower is just a measure of the rate at which torque is generated. I am certain that by entering the model number of your gearbox in the Googlathon, you will quickly discover its maximum torque handling capability. -
126 SEC - Inquiry about rust removal and repainting

keithmerc220- Your perspective is valid and well articulated. Many 'paint companies' would prefer to just accept payment for routine accident repair paint jobs rather than engage in a complex and iterative spray job on a meticulous individual's 20-year-old cherished possession. -
126 SEC - Inquiry about rust removal and repainting

It would be challenging to find someone who can match any shade of silver hue.I own three automobiles that are silver in colour. Some time ago, I made inquiries about the rust problems and other imperfections on my 'Iridium silver' C55 AMG. However, none of the individuals I talked to were willing to guarantee a satisfactory colour match for a 17-year-old silver vehicle. -
Apologies for the perhaps foolish inquiry, but is it possible to fold down the back seats in the A207?

If the turbo system fails to provide boost, you can expect the engine management light to illuminate and a fault code to be generated.

Regrettably, the world does not suffer a significant loss. Apologies for making negative remarks about someone who has passed away.

Requesting a replacement key for a 2015 SL400 model.
developer replied to Screwdriver_1's topic in General Discussions
It is possible that dropping it caused something to become loose. Can you compare the two without causing any damage to the one that is functioning properly? -

I am uncertain if the plastic end block has a functional component for the key. Hopefully, someone else may provide the missing information. -

To what extent is it damaged... Is it possible to replace the internal components of a used key? -
I removed the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system from my previous Audi 1.9tdi only for the purpose of assessing its condition. I was astounded by the complete obstruction, a single massive formation of carbon that was completely immobilised. It may have been completely blocked off. The car performed really well and consistently passed the emissions test with flying colours. The tester even acknowledged the impressively low results. Therefore, I doubt the extent to which they really have an impact. Although I thoroughly cleaned it, I did not see any noticeable change afterwards. I am certain that Volkswagen has compensated for any harmful emissions resulting from individual blocked EGR valves via their extensive scandal involving diesel emissions from their cheating device. I would engage in any activity that brings you a sense of joy and satisfaction.
-
Many individuals choose to remove or erase it due to the many problems it causes. (Whether justified or not) I somewhat see why individuals would feel that way, but I myself have not and will not. The emissions would not be significantly altered, and the removal of the EGR system would not result in any fatalities.

Possible placement of the N14B16A head on the N18B16A block.
developer replied to developer's topic in General Discussions
We appreciate your assistance. Undoubtedly, if I were in the United Kingdom, I would offer you the job. I really valued all of your messages and guidance. If I had the N18 harness and ECU, I would undoubtedly use the whole B18 engine. Another consideration is that my gearbox is automatic, so I need the appropriate Electronic Control Unit (ECU), correct?Uncertain -
Possible placement of the N14B16A head on the N18B16A block.

Thank you for your feedback. I am unwilling to have a head replacement. I want to restore and upgrade it, and then mount it on a N18 cylinder block with a mileage of just 40,000 km. I am inquiring about the feasibility of achieving interference-free operation between pistons and valves. -
Cylinder 2 of my N14B16A is not experiencing any compression. Carbon is present on valves. The pistons have a deep black coloration. The cylinder head has not yet been removed. The odometer indicates a number of 300,000 miles, although it is uncertain if the engine is original. The cam chain tensioner is an improved variant. Therefore, I believe that the engine was upheld, at least initially. Since the engine has accumulated a minimum of 150,000 km, it is in need of a new lease. Locating second-hand N14 engines with low mileage is quite difficult. A low mileage N18B16A with ancillaries was determined to be more cost-effective compared to a short block. I have heard that compatibility is limited to the changing of the ECU and CAS from the N18. However, I am curious whether it is possible to replace the N14 head and oil pump with the N18 in order to get an almost new engine. From my observation, the pistons, intake valves, and camshafts differ between the N14 and N18 models. There is no difference between the exhaust valves, crankshaft, and head gasket. Can the valves not make contact with the pistons? We appreciate any suggestions.

Would an OB SCANNER be less useful? I came up a previous discussion on this topic from 2009. It seemed at the time that the purchase was exclusive and came with a high price. Is it still the same? Can a VAG-COM cable be purchased at a reasonable price, such as on Amazon, or are we still dealing with proprietary pricing? Is there a cost for the software?
-
OBDII was created for vehicles manufactured after 1996, whereas VAGCOM was specifically a Windows software user interface developed for Audi and VW vehicles. How does VACOM impact the current landscape with the multitude of OBD II Scanners in use today? Do you need to get a VAGCOM interface and link it between an OBD II scanner and the OBDII Port on your AUDI? Do you need a scanner that is specifically bundled with the VAGCOM user interface and diagnostic capabilities? Could someone provide further details?

Based on my research, I won't take a chance on another Mercedes with AdBlue, since it seems I was fortunate in my experience.

I had a Mercedes W205 2017 C220d 9G-Tronic for almost 2 years, travelling mostly on dual carriageways and in town traffic with some highway use. I did not have any problems during this time. Compliant with ULEZ regulations and subject to a yearly fee of £30. Bought a certified pre-owned vehicle with a complimentary 2-year service plan, just had to pay for the MOTs. Inexpensive transportation until it was stolen from my driveway

It seems that the system believes it has reached its capacity and initiates a regeneration process. After each combustion, the soot residue is deposited as ash, which gradually accumulates and obstructs the diesel particulate filter (DPF). As far as I know, in order to eliminate the ash, one must dismantle the diesel particulate filter (although I lack expertise in this matter). What method did you use to cleanse the diesel particulate filter (DPF)?

Is it normal for the 2007 E500 to move slowly?
developer replied to alpaco45's topic in General Discussions
Do all automobiles possess such capability?....I have never operated a vehicle that did not have this feature. It enables you to go slowly in congested traffic without using the accelerator, and typically prevents the vehicle from rolling backwards on gentle inclines.
