Indeed, I concur; it is also a dashboard warning light.

A compression test is necessary to determine whether the rings are defective. If you share your location, someone may be able to suggest a garage to do the compression testing.

If that were accessible, it would be excellent; but, primarily since the car is high specification, I need a technician with expertise in Mercedes to do a thorough inspection and ensure it is in optimal operational condition. I want to avoid spending a substantial sum just to discover that £3000 in repairs and maintenance is required three months later. I enquired if there are any countrywide inspection services of such kind, distinct from conventional RAC or AA inspections.

Greetings, I am considering acquiring a C63 AMG (W204) in the next weeks and months. It is only a matter of identifying the appropriate option when the occasion arises. Regardless of the automobile I choose and its aesthetic appeal, I still like to have it inspected prior to purchase. I anticipate purchasing a vehicle privately and lack clarity on my requirements; thus, I want an expert to do a thorough examination to assess its value. I have seen that firms such as RAC and Click Mechanic provide a general service rather than a specialised one. I assume there are model-specific aspects to consider while inspecting a C63, which are crucial to identify, and I believe the RAC may overlook these details. I am enquiring if there are any countrywide professionals available to do a pre-purchase examination, or whether I must seek local services in the region where I want to purchase the vehicle. Salutations

Could you refrain from uploading the video to YouTube and then posting the link here?

What is your intention with the plate? 🙂

I may not gain any supporters with this statement, however Kia let me to download the update from their website, transfer it to a USB drive, and then upgrade my vehicle. With OTA, Kia's only additional expense is the bandwidth required for data downloads. In contemporary times, that is not costly, suggesting they impose charges due to their ability to exploit client convenience. They are offering a seven-year warranty to differentiate themselves in the industry. Why not include seven years of OTA updates?

V10 Plus R8 - tuning, exhaust, e85, and dyno specs?

Thank you for providing the link. Are you aware of the specific dynamometer at which this measurement was taken? The torque seems to be insufficient. -

Are you suggesting that with these modifications, the use of E85 fuel will result in an engine horsepower output of about 680-700? I have not come across any specific data about the performance figures achieved with E85 fuel. I have already acquired a personalised tuning and a Capristo exhaust system. The vehicle has a horsepower of 643 and a torque of 603 Newton meters. -

What is the function of the intake manifold and what are the advantages of using titanium valves? Thank you for the prompt response. Indeed, I have requested both the list of modifications and the dyno results. I am anticipating his reply. I would want to enquire with the forum on any potential modifications that have been made to the automobile. The cost is not a significant concern, and I have no interest in SC or TT. I have experienced driving both vehicles, and in my own view, it significantly diminishes the overall dynamism of the automobile. I have also reduced the weight of the vehicle by around 150 pounds by removing the exhaust, seats, batteries, and wheels. I believe that achieving a horsepower range of about 670-680 is feasible. -

I was observing this video. He asserts a horsepower of 700. Curious about the actions he has taken about the engine. -
Does anybody have knowledge of the power levels that this might attain? On the second generation of cars from 2015 to 2020, with a tune and exhaust system, I see a power output of around 650 horsepower and 630 Newton-meters of torque while using 93 octane fuel (98 octane in the European Union). Curious about the meaning of E85 numerals If anybody has any information on this matter, then kindly share it. Thank you.

What is the expected lifespan of the front brake discs?
TDudette replied to ForumGuru's topic in General Discussions
We have conducted extensive inspections in that region, and the Controle Technique (MOT) examiner also performed an assessment a few weeks ago. The control arms were replaced in 2017, along with almost all other components. -
What is the expected lifespan of the front brake discs?
TDudette replied to ForumGuru's topic in General Discussions
We experienced vibrations when braking, so we changed the front brake discs and brake pads. There is a reduced amount of trembling now, however there is still some remaining. Do we have any fresh, distorted discs? The newly manufactured discs are ATE and originate from China. Who has knowledge? I have purchased a set of authentic MB discs, but I have not yet installed them. The rapid depletion of funds! -
Every individual who has purchased a pre-owned vehicle has inherently acquired partially used tires. I own a collection of 20-inch wheels specifically designed for my E91 vehicle. I have acquired two sets of Michelin Pilotsport 4S tires on eBay, each priced at little more than £75 a tire. These tires come with a tread depth of 5-6mm, but their original retail price is £250 per tire. I often monitor eBay and purchase them in pairs whenever they become available. As IrvesBMW suggests, verify the date codes.

Do you own any email or written communication from your insurer? Examine your bank statement to identify any direct debits or yearly payments and the recipient of these transactions. In the event of an accident, it is possible for the police to access the Motor Insurance Database (MID) at a more advanced level than the typical driver. This would allow them to determine the insurance provider for your coverage.

The wall charger and cord are experiencing excessive heat.

If you are unable to get the original installers, any competent electrician will be capable of inspecting it. I recommend discontinuing its use and deactivating its supply till completion. -
Insurance coverage for recently licenced young drivers
TDudette replied to EatSuru's topic in General Discussions
If my memory serves me well, the yearly insurance premium for my Mk VII Jaguar when I was 18 exceeded the amount I paid for the vehicle. Considering the impact of inflation since 1964, I believe that the currently discussed figures, which may sound alarmingly high, are not as severe as they may initially appear. -
Is the CX 90 Premium classified as a hybrid vehicle?
TDudette replied to spiezen's topic in General Discussions
I am curious whether the T6 would qualify as a hybrid vehicle for the purpose of using the HOV lane. Has anybody investigated that? -
To add extra complexity: Whenever I want to add an additional component to a car, I simply get the necessary power supply from an available, but unused, fuse connection in one of the fuse boxes. Most vehicles have unused connections that provide a continuous or ignition power source, which may be used for this purpose. On several instances, a crimp on spade connection with an inline fuse inserted into the live side of a connection has proven effective without requiring any additional load on an existing circuit.
