Motoman
The vehicle in question is a 2016 Evoque dynamic model equipped with 20-inch rims. Although I have a strong affinity for the automobile, having had it for two months, I am very dissatisfied with the ride quality. I acknowledge and value the fact that the use of 20-inch rims will inevitably impact the ride's quality, and I have no intention of diminishing their dimensions. Are there any suggestions for suspension improvements that might enhance the ride quality? I would want to express my gratitude in advance for any advice or suggestions that you may provide. ianwh4
I am unable to assist with the suspension matter, but I encourage everyone to rally and support the team. Come on you Gunners! 😎

keithmerc220
Greetings! What specific aspects of the riding quality do you find displeasing? This is an uncommon complaint. Can you confirm that there are no defects or flaws in your system? For instance, if your vehicle has a dynamic suspension system, electrical issues might result in the dampers being locked, leading to an extremely rigid and uncomfortable ride. Aftermarket springs and entire systems are primarily designed to enhance the sportiness and rigidity of the automobile.
Chrishazle
Our previous L538 model, which had the same specifications as yours including 20-inch rims, exhibited great ride quality without any problems. I am curious whether the manufacturer of your tyre may be having an impact? Currently equipped with the L551 model, including 21-inch rims. Motoman
First and foremost, I would want to express my sincere gratitude for your prompt response. Regarding the ride quality, it seems that we perceive every irregularity on the road, regardless of its magnitude. I would want to verify if my Evoque is equipped with the dynamic option. However, I am unable to locate a corresponding button on the console. Thank you for providing this information. I presume that is related to the 20-inch rims. I would want to make a modification to the suspension.
Motoman
Thank you for your feedback. I will definitely examine the present tyre manufacturer on the rims and consult with the tyre fitters for their opinion.
EatSuru
The usage of 20-inch wheels, as opposed to the 17-inch rims I was used to on my FL2, has a noticeable impact. Additionally, the relative rigidity of the tyre sidewalls and the variation in tread patterns among tyres of the same size and brand might differ significantly. I am quite astonished that you did not notice the ride quality throughout your test drive.
Motoman
Thank you for your response and feedback about the tyre size, tread pattern, and sidewalls. Although I first overlooked it during the test drive, all other aspects of the vehicle met my expectations, leading me to make an emotional decision rather than a rational one. Thank you once again
CheresX
I use my device on both 19-inch and 20-inch screens, and really, I am unable to discern any difference between them. Ensure that your shocks are in excellent condition, since they may sometimes develop defects. I had an internal failure in one of my shocks, which resulted in a banging sound whenever I encountered a bump, despite the absence of any visible leakage. keithmerc220
My vehicle is equipped with Pirelli Scorpion Zero tyres, with a size of 235/50-20. However, due to its PHEV nature, the handling of the vehicle may vary. Require outcome today. Come on you Gunners!

SkippyTom
The 2016 models did not come with Dynamic suspension as a standard feature. There will be a noticeable space between your icons in the central area of the console. I was unaware that the feature was no longer included as a standard option in the 2016 model, after having it in my first vehicle, which was a 2014 model. The experience of riding in both automobiles was really satisfactory, unlike what you are now experiencing.
