I will bring it to my dealer to investigate the issue, as I do not want to incur unnecessary expenses on the thermostat.

Connecting an iPhone to a 2005 Comand System
SkippyTom replied to cumblechook22's topic in General Discussions
When connecting your phone to your COMAND system, you will need to use the same pairing code for both devices. It is important to note that any code may be used for this purpose. The typical procedure for connecting two devices that are equipped with a display and a keyboard using Bluetooth. Less complex devices use a static pin code, which is only entered on the "other" device. Unfortunately, you have difficulty connecting the phone to an outdated COMAND system, resulting in a lack of enjoyment. While you have the option to send visiting cards, it is important to note that the iPhone does not allow this feature. The head unit does not support Bluetooth hands-free operation. As previously said, you need a bluetooth adaptor. A vehicle manufactured in 2005 should be equipped with a Universal Hands-Free Interface (UHI) kit. The cradle for the 6310i phone should be removable, allowing you to replace it with a Bluetooth adapter. For iPhone compatibility, use the Hands-Free (HF) profile adapter, since the iPhone does not support the SIM Access Profile (SAP) used by the other kind of adapter. To connect the 6310i phone to a cradle with a curly cable, you would need a ViseeO bluetooth adapter as a replacement for the 6310i phone. Subsequently, you would connect your phone to the Bluetooth adapter, rather than the head unit. -
Modification of the swirl motor resistor for the OM642 engine.

I am experiencing an error number p-2078 on my Vito 120. Despite attempting to resolve the issue by using a resistor, I am still seeing the same difficulties, namely being stuck in limp mode and the warning light being on. Is there anything that eludes my understanding in this situation? I disconnected the connector from the swirl motor and attached a resistor between the two centre contacts, namely the blue/brown and green/black wires. I did not connect the solid brown wire. Is there any other factor that might be responsible for this issue, given that the vehicle is identical to its previous state? I would really appreciate any guidance or information that you can provide. -

Greetings. I am new to this platform, however I am facing the same issue with my vito 120. Where can I get the guidelines authored by 'Alex Crowe' as I am interested in doing this repair? The error code P2078 indicates a high circuit reading from the intake manifold turning valve position sensor switch. Is this the same defect? The van is now in a state of reduced performance known as limp mode. I am facing a dilemma about the most optimal course of action. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a budget of 2000 dollars for the repair of this van, while I am in urgent need of its functionality. Any assistance or guidance would be much appreciated. Thank you, everyone. -
Automobiles that often travel on the motorway have a reduced likelihood of experiencing carbon buildup in their intakes. Those who drive to get a little quantity of milk are the ones who express dissatisfaction about the impact of diesel pollution devices on their vehicles. If your excursions are brief, it is advisable to go for a gasoline-powered automobile.

Due to the car's inability to identify the key, all of its functions are non-operational. I had a Mondeo that was equipped with a dual locking mechanism that prevented the doors from being unlocked using the internal handle. This is an anti-theft security measure that prevents unauthorised access to the automobile. Without this security feature, one might simply shatter a car window to gain in.

Today, I received my renewal from Green Flag for a sum of 109 pounds. I visited the website greenflag. Is the cost 75 quid? Compare the price of Greenflag 45 quid. I have saved around 145%. -

As per information from another Kia forum on the Stinger, the jubilee clips are equipped with removable caps. Underneath these caps, there is a standard hexagonal head that can be unscrewed. They instructed the use of a pair of pliers to remove the caps. -

I also discovered this. -
It is unusual that just opening the vehicle did not free the cable lock from the car, and removing the socket from the car should have halted the charging process. However, I would want to inquire whether the time shown in the automobile is accurately set, ensuring that it is not one hour ahead or behind the real time.

Strange. Thank you for informing us, nonetheless.

It seems to be a Bluetooth compatibility issue.

It has been a while since I connected a phone to an NTG 4.x head unit and had a problem. I vaguely remember facing a similar issue while trying to link an iPhone with Angie's SLK55 when we initially got the vehicle. To resolve the issue, I selected the Reset option from the COMAND Settings menu and initiated the pairing procedure once again. However, the drawback is that you will forfeit any saved locations, previous destinations, and any data in the Music Register.

😂 You typically have a good sense of direction while driving an R129.

Previously had a similar issue. After some effort and contemplation, I opted to remove the snap ring off the previous shaft, which was successful on the first or second time. The replacement one was somewhat thicker, making it difficult to fit in place.

The local dealer has constantly provided assistance, although we have only required the first and second yearly servicing so far. If I remember well, we acquired a three-service package at the time of purchasing the vehicle. The subsequent maintenance will occur after 3 years, likely after accumulating around 16 or 17 thousand kilometres. Additionally, it is the first time for the MOT inspection. My wife has gotten used to a Toyota collection and return service with her prior vehicle. She has an identical item to this one. Thus far, everything has functioned well, resulting in the automobile being returned in a clean state. Therefore, I believe that the availability of dealership alternatives in the local area has a significant role.

You have provided almost every possible possibility. Opting for the latest/ least used option is almost always a reliable choice. If you believe you have established a connection with a supplier, I suggest acquiring a '23 model. However, it is likely that there will be much rivalry for such vehicles.
