W204 C250 Coupe Locks for Doors in 2011.
ByteStorm replied to ChatMaven's topic in General Discussions
Please inform us of the steps taken to address this issue. I am experiencing a similar intermittent problem with my 2012 S204, albeit just the driver's door is impacted. The automatic locking feature has been disabled due to instances when the inside door handle failed to unlock the door. However, it is worth noting that a manual key consistently functions well. -
May I request your assistance? The BMW 1 Series M Sport is experiencing a complete inability to initiate engine ignition. Despite the key fob successfully unlocking the vehicle, the battery and starting motor are functioning properly. Please include furth

What is the duration, measured in hours, between the commencement and cessation of an activity? What is the age of the battery? -
The process of eliminating suction imprints from glass surfaces
ByteStorm replied to Geek2232's topic in General Discussions
I understand your perspective on the presence of suction marks. It was previously believed that the glass originated from the manufacturing installation. Regrettably, I am uncertain of a potential solution. -
The cost of 10 pop rivets is £7.95.

The specific door in question remains unclear; nonetheless, the individual in question successfully accomplished the task without the necessity for panel removal.
-
I want to schedule this task as a kind of "preventative" maintenance, since it falls under the category of E91 tasks that I have not yet been compelled to do.
-
I have not personally completed the task at hand, but I suggest doing a search on the video-sharing platform, YouTube.

The topic of discussion pertains to fuses. The value of F1 is 10 amperes. https://fuse-box.info/bmw/bmw-3-series-e90-e91-e92-e93-2005-2013-fuses-and-relay

There is a higher probability that a wire connection between the vehicle's body and hatch has been damaged. The occurrence of this issue is prevalent among a significant number of E91/E61 owners, often manifesting at some point in their ownership. An alternative scenario involves the potential occurrence of the spring plunger being immobilized inside...

Found out it's a TS-73 and it's in great working condition. GM and Toyota made the sensor.
-
The coolant temp sensor is a standard part, and you can get a Toyota-specific replacement from places like Auto Zone. I believe it is a TS-73, but I will verify it on Tuesday when I get home. Below the other sensor that also faces the passenger side may be found on the thermostat housing. The visibility is poor.

If I may ask something completely off topic? Can you tell me whether the 116i has an option for longer or shorter track rods? I looked it up on realoem, and it's not really obvious to me. When I acquired the vehicle in April, the vendor had already switched one of them out without checking the tracking, which is why I'm asking. There was inside shoulder wear (too much toe out) and the vehicle meandered significantly on uneven ground, so this was a mile out. I rebalanced the rods and now the tires are wearing evenly, but I'm sure I still see some toe out in the wheels, even though the new rod can't be tightened much more. Since my brand-new tires have worn evenly after 2,000 miles, I haven't had the tracking examined by an expert.

Many times after placing an order and making the necessary payments, I have received an email from the company's technical department stating that the product I bought is not acceptable and that ridex is a better alternative. It's simply a trial run; I'm certain that the component I got will work since the OEM comparable part number is included in the product page.
-
Use only reputable brands such as Meyle, Lemforder, etc.; lesser alternatives won't hold up. AUTODOC promotes their own ridex and other less expensive brands. They are just as bad as ECP's tattier starline and should be avoided.

My F11 now has meyle HD ones, which are of respectable quality and have served me well. I forget the exact cost, but it was a lot less than the BMW versions.

I need to know if anybody can identify the source of this piece.

The holes are the incorrect size for a valve collet, but the center one does seem a little like a turbo bearing outer race (holes to allow oil in). -
You've done an excellent job with your passion of detailing. It's strange, but when I had my first couple of automobiles, I remember thinking about nothing except how much money I could save so that I could upgrade the sound or get new wheels. Then I got married and purchased a home, so now you can't afford to help me out. When I realized I could spend considerably less money on nice materials and take my time making my pride and joy look its best, my interest in detailing rose. A satisfying pastime.

What is it, exactly? Definitely not a Corvette.
-
I need to vent but don't know to whom. Instead of her 1962 Austin Healey 3000, Barbie now drives a 1957 Corvette in the new movie. Who else is as shocked as I am? How can we best pursue justice?

Could this be the norm to prevent getting your car keys locked inside?
-
It's weird, but it seems like most C63 owners are sick of the inherent fragility of the factory wheels, and they often desire something better. By the way, hello and welcome, and best of luck with your wheel search.👍

Had my dash cam hardwired by a local independent mechanic, and when they installed it, I received a collision alert. I called them, and they told me that apparently collision alerts go off all the time, and that they had a Mercedes-Benz in the shop being serviced, as well as an AMG GTR, and that when they started the AMG GTR, it set off alarms and collision alerts in all of the other cars.

To continue, this seems like a project that should be pursued! A few years ago, I went to Hong Kong for a total of three weeks and, at the time, I was exhausted from living in such a crowded city as London; yet, to my surprise, I ended up adoring my time there. It has to be one of my top five choices.

Oh, the automobile is real enough, but the marketer on Facebook does not have legal title to it. However, the way in which the advertisement is worded is not likely to lead anybody astray.
