The A0 service quotation is rather expensive.

Good day, everyone.

I had high expectations for my 63 and anticipated a costly service, with an approximate cost of £400. However, the price from Hughes of Beaconsfield is £870.

The vehicle is three years old and has accumulated 27,500 kilometres, with a PP and dif.

The reason for the expense is because the gearbox and differential oil need maintenance owing to the age of the automobile.

Does this sound accurate or am I being manipulated?

Thank you in advance.

In contemporary Mercedes-land, the monetary value of £400 seems to be very limited, given that the cost of an oil change is around £200 and filters amount to around £150. I do not assert that these prices are appropriate; rather, they reflect the prevailing market rates. Nevertheless, you could get a complimentary cup of coffee.

Have you explored my service for quote comparison? It seems to be quite exclusive, in my view.

Since the product is no longer covered by warranty, obtaining a price from Indy will provide a meaningful comparison.
