QuirkEinstein
I was searching for a high-quality filter material to place behind the cowl vents when repairing my heater box and discovered this aquarium sponge filter pad intended for purifying aquarium water. This material is exceptional, exhibiting ideal thickness, remarkable durability, and facilitating enough airflow. Obtain the 20 PPI for optimal airflow. Rojoires
I am also intrigued. I want to address this straightforward issue, but I am uncertain about the current practices in use.
p00rmansp0rsche
Appears to be consistent with the original material. Ultimately, any effective solution is acceptable. I used a BBQ cleaning sponge that has a coarse texture.
Darrellll
What is the location of these vents? I have own a P38 for some years without altering them.
QuirkEinstein
RR Classic. This is the Classic section of the forum. I am uncertain on P38's.
Rojoires
I will verify if the Amazon fish filter is effective. Curiously, I am unable to comprehend the input method of the RRC. I experience a lack of suction from those hood vents. When does it intake external air at this location?
QuirkEinstein
I just repaired my heater box and placed it into the dashboard a few days ago. A vacuum-actuated lever controls the front flap. I am uncertain about what activates it to open or shut. It should regulate fresh or recirculated air. It is evident that rats consider it an ideal location to construct a nest if the previous owner neglects to store the rover in the garden for an extended period. QuirkEinstein
The vacuum-operated lever is positioned high on the driver's side of the heater box. Verify that all connections are secure.
