The MMI 2G system experiences a loss of language settings.

There is a possibility that the battery management unit may be experiencing a malfunction. The potential loss of language settings upon manual reset of the MMI prompts uncertainty over its normalcy. There seems to be a notable number of individuals encountering a similar issue. I have seen instances when individuals who identify as A6'ers have shared their concerns on various online platforms, however have not received any responses. The persistent annoyance has led me to contemplate exchanging it for a new model of the Mercedes S-Class. Mercedes shown a greater level of concern for its clients. It is incredulous to contemplate the ability of an automotive dealer to decline addressing a specific issue upon presenting one's vehicle for inspection, opting instead to rectify other issues. I am considering visiting the Audi dealership in Maidstone in order to assess their performance and quality. I would not be adverse to a price range of £1-2k, since selling the vehicle privately might potentially provide a higher return compared to trading it in and incurring a significant loss. It is regrettable that the vehicle is marred by the bothersome Service and MMI issue, since I have a strong affinity for it. -

I concur with your sentiments pertaining to primary merchants, since they are unsatisfactory. I have had negative encounters with my prior A6 vehicle, and the individuals involved lack knowledge and understanding of the MMI problem at hand. Given the approximate age of the automobiles, estimated to be about seven years, it is anticipated that a substantial number of individuals may encounter this issue in the near future. The estimated duration aligns with the typical lifetime of a lithium-ion backup battery cell. I am inclined to disassemble my MMI module in order to ascertain the presence of a corresponding component on the circuit board. Let us see the response provided by the individual known as southsidespinner. On a distinct topic, I have come across an intriguing observation on the functionality of television in-motion, which I want to experiment with in the near future. -

Hello everyone, I am in possession of a 53 plate 4.0tdi vehicle and I am now experiencing a similar issue. I have seen that the language setting reverts to German as you have accurately described. Additionally, my analysis indicates that the Climate Control system in my vehicle incorrectly assumes that it is a left-hand drive (LHD) automobile. I own a Ross-Tech cable, specifically designed for VAG-COM/VCDS purposes, and have conducted an examination of the coding, which has revealed significant errors and inconsistencies. After successfully configuring the appropriate coding settings, the system functions correctly for a limited duration of up to one hour. However, when returning to the vehicle at a later time, it reverts back to the German language and left-hand drive orientation. I am skeptical that an MMI update would resolve the issue at hand; yet, I am curious to see if any positive outcomes are achieved. Kindly respond and provide guidance. I refrained from proceeding with the update on my device due to my suspicion that it may be attributed to a hardware malfunction, maybe including the backup battery inside the MMI system. Consequently, I deemed it unwise to take the risk associated with the upgrade. -
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of using Bluetooth technology on the RRS CCF EDIT and L322 systems. Specifically, we want to examine the impact of Bluetooth connectivity on the transmission and reception of videos in these systems.

The JLR SDD software indicates a malfunction in my head unit. I have attempted to resolve the issue by replacing it with another secondhand device, but the problem persists. Is it necessary to recode these elements in ??My laptop is displaying an error message indicating a missing PAGCMPS Active x component required to complete diagnostics. In response, I am considering removing the current sound system and installing my own equipment. The frustration caused by my automobile has reached a point of annoyance. -

I have just purchased the JLR SDD software and a Mongoose OBD lead tool in order to analyze the CAN bus issues. I am now awaiting the arrival of the lead tool. Additionally, I am scheduled to get my vehicle on Monday after having the exhaust repaired, but I have encountered a new issue with a broken compressor. It seems that the L320 model is rather troublesome. -

According to the individual responsible for repairing my exhaust system, it has been identified that the presence of two blue wires inside the wiring harness, located under the passenger seating area, is leading to friction-induced damage. This damage, in turn, is responsible for the occurrence of a fuel sender error message shown on the vehicle's dashboard. It is advisable to inspect the region where the harness enters the trunk/boot area for any potential damage to the harness. -

I intended to convey that the integration of the old CD Audio with the In-Head Unit (IHU) resulted in erratic fuel gauge readings from my Instrument Cluster while the gasoline tank was at maximum capacity. Subsequently, a garage performed a reprogramming procedure, which I think caused my Radio to become non-functional. The user's text does not provide any information. The bus system is responsible for establishing communication with a Gateway in order to activate the R5 relay. This relay is responsible for supplying power to the IHU, which in turn transmits the MOST (Media Oriented Systems Transport) protocol to all other components. Therefore, the IHU functions as the central control unit for the MOST network. Is the Gateway located inside the Cluster and does it retain the serial numbers of the Stereo, Bluetooth, Camera, and Sat Nav?The user's text does not provide any information. It is difficult to locate discussions on the potential misalignment between the coding of the Instrument Cluster and the specific model of Range Rover. This issue has caused significant frustration and financial burden so far. Thank you for your prompt reply. -

The location of the CCF file, which contains the configuration settings for the car's electronic systems, is unclear. Following a reflash to address fuel gauge errors after the replacement of the Electronic Parking Brake (EPB), the Audi Infotainment Head Unit (IHU) fails to power on and the relay for the Infotainment R5 does not activate. Consequently, the Media Oriented Systems Transport (MOST) network is non-functional, resulting in the loss of Satellite Navigation, Bluetooth, Radio, and other related functionalities. It is worth investigating whether the CCF file is stored on the Sat Nav hard drive. Is my IHU considered unsuccessful or ineffective? -
I've been debating whether or not to repair it myself, and after reading the instructions and seeing a few videos, I don't think it'll be too tough.

OK, so I used a kit today and saw that the liquid changed colors from blue to green after being exposed to sunlight. Since I haven't seen any white smoke or unusual noises, do you suppose the intake manifold gasket or the head gasket is at fault?

I was wondering if the Land Rover Freelander I's expansion bottle, which is round and has a single foot for bolting, might work with the existing single bolt for the brake hardware (or with a short fabricated bracket).

I don't have one but keep intending to get one!

The radiator is about halfway full and will spit out anything more than that; I lose a bit, but I guess it's just from the cap. The temperature readout never deviates from the white.
-
Excuse me, When the vehicle is running, the coolant seems to be pressurized enough to spill out through the radiator cap, and I've detected a faint exhaust gas / gasoline odor in there as well. I have tried starting the engine with the radiator cap off and without seeing any white smoke, and I have also tried running the engine with no visible bubbles in the cooling system. What do you make of this, and how can I begin making a diagnosis?

Specifications for Big Healey Lucas Equipment are shown below. The attachment failed; maybe it was too large.

The first thing you need to fix a clunky steering rack is this.Check the front suspension arm bushes for wear and movement, as well as the run out of the brake discs, if you're having braking problems.

The counterargument to the previous statement When a tyre wears out, it will do so to the corner of the car, and if you switch the tyres around, you might end up with handling problems.

Take advantage of the situation to put some PIR insulation board in place (if it hasn't been done earlier). If it's done well, either the fiberglass or the rubber system will turn out great. Don't even bother with plywood since it's worthless in this day and age, regardless of where you get it. T&G OBS3 is an excellent choice for the position.
