The observed decrease of 10.5% in emissions is far more than anticipated. I am curious as to how the increase in fuel consumption leads to an improvement in emissions to the extent that is being reported.

In the event that the vehicle in question is equipped with a diesel engine, it is plausible that Mercedes-Benz (MB) may undertake an electronic control unit (ECU) upgrade to ensure compliance with the exhaust pollution standards specified for that particular model. This action is reminiscent of the well publicized "dieselgate" scandal. It is worth noting that such an update has the potential to marginally affect the vehicle's performance and/or fuel efficiency. However, the extent to which one might see this phenomenon in practical settings remains uncertain.

There seems to be a coolant leak in the W212 vehicle.

It is advisable to consider revising the specific details of your location. It is not advisable to disclose one's whole address and postal code on a publicly accessible forum. -

Was the pump replaced or was the rear housing also modified? The practice of replacing both the pump and the rear housing is consistently undertaken due to the observation of hairline fractures in the latter component. -
The efficacy of the penetrating oil has resulted in the restoration of complete mobility. The process of removing one's clothing will really be performed, as it is evident that the current state of the clothing is not entirely satisfactory in terms of its texture and appearance. I express my gratitude for the assistance provided.

The provided explanation is coherent. I considered doing the test as per your suggestion; however, precipitation had started and I was hesitant to take the chance of being unable to close the glass. Yesterday evening, the windshield wiper became immobilized at the position of complete rotation and remained still. Earlier today, I applied a quick and gentle force on the stalk, causing it to effortlessly return to its original resting position. The subject exhibited a persistent lack of response subsequent to the aforementioned incident. I want to apply a fresh layer of oil on it over the next weekend, if everything goes as planned. Expressing gratitude for the assistance provided is very appreciated.

After extensively reviewing YouTube videos, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of the appropriate course of action. I also placed an order for o-rings. One aspect that remains uncertain is the movement of the wiper arm when the glass is raised. While there exists a certain degree of resistance, it is neither prevalent or dominant in any significant manner. Nevertheless, it seems that the issue is with the circular component that accommodates the plunger rod. During a certain period, I successfully manipulated the whole assembly manually, with relative ease. However, I soon encountered increased resistance, ultimately resulting in a jam occurring consistently at the same location. On a few occasions, I successfully operated the wiper in its intended manner using the motor. However, in each instance, once it reached a certain position, it became stuck. Do you have any views or opinions on the matter? I want to thoroughly dismantle the spindle, contingent upon favorable weather conditions, over the next weekend. However, I am somewhat inclined to believe that the circular component may be the source of the issue. I am uncertain about the specific terminology associated with the mentioned component, which hinders my ability to conduct an effective search.

This marks the conclusion of the matter. I performed hand oscillatory movements on the object many times, resulting in its partial restoration of mobility, but with intermittent instances of obstruction. What is the most effective method for resolving a seized mechanism?

I am astonished to have discovered that the glass has the capability to elevate in such a manner, since I was previously unaware of its functionality. However, this was not the primary concern.

May I inquire as to the geographical location of this particular place? At first, I had the belief that the bottom of the boot included the desired component. However, upon closer examination, I saw that my boot alone has a latch mechanism without a plunger. Consequently, it is plausible that my search is not directed towards the appropriate location.

HI everyone. The rear windscreen wiper of my 2010 E91 318i ceased functioning at an undetermined time over the last several weeks. The device was functioning well throughout its previous use. The first examination was inspecting the fuse. All available online sources consistently indicate that the fuse responsible for the issue is F48. However, upon inspection, it is seen that no fuse is present at the designated place. I have refrained from engaging in frivolous activities within that context, therefore indicating that it is not the source of concern. Do you have any knowledge on the specific fuse that should be used? Furthermore, the vehicle specification indicates the presence of a "rear wiper and washer" feature, with the washer function being operational. Hence, it is plausible to consider the possibility of a faulty relay as the cause of the issue.

Unless one has longer shocks to accommodate more travel, there is no practical need in installing Gen 3 Arnotts. In my assessment, the Arnotts have inherent design flaws, especially when longer shocks are used. Observation I successfully replaced a malfunctioning air spring in the state of Colorado, as documented on the Range Rovers Forum.

Sure seems odd. You'd think it would make a racket if it was at the right place. If you follow me here... -

Bushes for chain tensioners. He won't be gone for long, and will know it. -
No mistakes, excellent work.

We're not familiar with the phrase "cant rails" over here in the States; if possible, could you provide a picture?

The two of us published simultaneously, buddy. Well done!

Drop the window, dip the corner of a microfibre into the cleaner, and then slide it between the glass and the rubber by pulling on the end.

What kind of data should be included on highway signs?
Paqngo replied to John278's topic in General Discussions
They should be switched off at reasonable hours; I once reported because they were still on with a long message about tomorrow's traffic or weather. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but the rain that lasted the whole 200 miles of the trip meant that we had much to worry about without having to read any of the 'information' signs along the road. -
Could reduce the potential for glass breakage. In the Fire Brigade, this was standard procedure. Maybe the mechanics were taking a break from work and played a game that included climbing through your windows.😉
-
I had the same issue, and I discovered that my torque bars were slightly weeping. Consider doing so before making any brake or steering rack changes.

I have to say that I agree. After three weeks with my W213, I can say that I am not impressed with comand 5.5. Even after renewing my subscription to all of the online Mercedes Me applications, I find the experience to be frustratingly sluggish, unresponsive, and generally unworthy of the Mercedes name. However, a DVD-based SatNav in a Mondeo from ten years ago outperforms it. Oh no. If you're technically savvy and up for a challenge, there are several hack sites in German that may be able to help you extract POIs from the SDcard slot. Best of luck.
