The phrase "car for people - boot for dogs" is not applicable.

Undoubtedly, the coupe is visually striking and continues to attract attention. It is not possible to transport people in the rear since it is very inconvenient for them to exit - resembling a puzzle.

Oil replacement after winter storage
CheresX replied to jennycarlotta's topic in General Discussions
I alter my year, irrespective, for the sake of tranquilly. Given that the cost of a new engine is $50,000, I am willing to replace the oil on a yearly basis. While there is no certainty, I find it to be realistic. I own some gas-powered machinery that I am willing to abandon, but I do not own the automobile. -
Unconventional worm drive hose clamp, how can it be loosened?
CheresX replied to Darrellll's topic in General Discussions
The tamperproof clip is equipped with a specialised tool. If you are unable to borrow a tool, you will need to forcefully remove it with a grinder and replace it with a regular clip. -
Will this alternative, a 10w-50, be as effective as a 10w-40 oil, considering the unavailability of the latter?
-
The oil temperatures often fluctuate between 110 and 120 degrees during regular driving. I intend to purchase 5w-40 totally synthetic oil since I am having difficulty finding any 50 grade oil in stock. These are the oils that are now accessible for immediate purchase. https://ato24.de/en/shell-helix-hx8-5w-40.html https://ato24.de/en/liqui-moly-synthoil-high-tech-5w-40.html https://ato24.de/en/ravenol-rse-sae-10w-50.html

Thank you for providing all the information, sir. I contacted my nearby automotive retailer and regrettably, they do not have a 10w-50 oil in their inventory. However, they do offer a 10w-40 and a 10w-60. Which one is most suitable for me to utilise? The temperature in my location today reached 44 degrees Celsius, which is equivalent to 113 degrees Fahrenheit. I am seeking the optimal oil to use in the R8 for these specific temperature conditions.

Preparing the R8 for the spring season, so an oil change is necessary. Given the high temperatures of 25°C and your need for maximum protection during hot spring days, which of these options would be most suitable for my first R8? https://ato24.de/en/fuchs-titan-gt1-flex-3-5w-40-5-l.html https://ato24.de/en/fuchs-titan-supersyn-5w-50.html https://ato24.de/en/motul-8100-x-power-10w-60.html

Recommendations for Spark Plugs for the E71 X6M
CheresX replied to jimmy47785's topic in General Discussions
It is recommended to use 2 step colder NGKs because to the high power output we are aiming for. I purchased these from Burger Tuning. https://burgertuning.com/products/ng...nt=42124774926 Using cooler spark plugs will result in a choppy idle until the engine reaches operating temperature. -
Given that he has five other automobiles available for purchase, I believe it is unnecessary to make a prediction. It is not inherently negative; I purchased my first Mercedes, an S210 E55, from a vendor like that, and it was satisfactory.

Various skills are present, as far as I understand. An OBD-II scanner is mostly used for retrieving codes or settings from a vehicle. Some scanners may have limited capabilities to do "write" actions, such resetting specific indications. VCDS was created with the capability to do different activities on the automobile, including "coding." This is exclusive to VW/Audi vehicles and cannot be detected by standard OBD-II scanners. If you are just interested in reading fault codes, there are many affordable OBD-II devices and applications that should suit your needs adequately. If you want to explore the car's settings in more detail and make modifications, VCDS could be a worthwhile investment.

I agree with you. I rely on Google Maps or Waze for navigation when I need to arrive punctually or when I am unfamiliar with the destination, benefiting from their additional features. When I am travelling long distances on a familiar road and have more discretionary time, I prefer to utilise COMAND in vehicles that do not have Apple CarPlay. I simply want a broad estimate of my arrival time and information about any significant delays or road closures to plan an alternative route. An adaptive best path in real-time is not crucial in certain situations 😁

I update maps. I purchased the three-year option, which offers greater value. It is not as efficient as my phone, but I like to set my phone aside and use the large screen.

What level of difficulty is involved in replacing the air filters? Are these cabinets intended for air filtration or engine use?

I believe that The Sun should do more study on their automobiles.

The vehicle I possessed before was an R129 SL320, which had 19-inch wheels. However, I decided to replace them because of their appearance. I must admit that I am pretty frugal, even if I only have one car and don't use it much each year. I find it difficult to accept paying a significant amount of money to the government for a car that remains parked in my garage.

I inquired about the Mercedes SL350 at Allon White Sports Cars. I like the appealing colour combination and the vehicle's low mileage. However, I am disappointed to see that there have been 10 prior owners, which raises concerns. Additionally, the service history supplied in the form of a spreadsheet did not instill trust in me, and the MOT history is inconsistent. I am not in a hurry. My present A4 3.0 quattro cabriolet is likely one of the finest in terms of condition, service history, and limited number of previous owners. I am the third owner, but the mileage of 126k may be regarded somewhat high.

It has been some time since I separated from my prior 03 R230 SL350, but I am considering returning to it. I am aware that there are larger engine options available, but the 350 fulfils all my requirements without the complexities of the ABC suspension found in the V8 vehicles. I have seen an advertisement for this automobile, and although it first seems appealing, there are a few concerns that trouble me. Specifically, I am drawn to the car's panoramic roof, heated and ventilated seats, and the optional 18-inch 5-spoke wheels. Nevertheless, the vehicle's service history is only partially documented. Additionally, it is equipped with mismatched and improperly suited tyres. The front discs exhibit significant scoring, and it seems to be without a wind deflector. It is possible that I may have overlooked additional issues that others may notice. I would welcome the insights of people more knowledgeable than myself. Does anybody own information on this particular car?

I am not very fond of the round shape of the c238 shell. The three central air vents are aesthetically displeasing due to their design, as is the internal rope lighting. However, personal preferences and financial means may vary, so if you find them appealing and can afford them, it is a matter of individual choice. I highly encourage you to go with your decision. I am quite satisfied with my 17 plate e350 c207.

TPMS problem with the 2020 XCeed 2 model.
CheresX replied to Rojoires's topic in General Discussions
The term "indirect" alone indicates a state of being at a low level. Therefore, it is necessary to examine each and every one of them. In contrast to the Direct method, which provides individual pressure readings for each wheel. I agree that the selling dealer should handle the transaction. However, my concern is that they may only replace one of the tyres with a used one to make it resemble the others. -
TPMS problem with the 2020 XCeed 2 model.

These TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems) operate based on rotational data. Upon detecting a disparity in rotation. I would recommend replacing the rear tyres with new ones, preferably a matching pair. -
Thank you for sharing the video. That is precisely the sound I am experiencing in my vehicle. I will rectify the issue after I get it from winter storage.
