  1. Never put your faith in a Hollywood film.
  2. That's how many doors they throw open.
  3. It took a new condenser (a cracked pipe) and a re-gas to fix the problem in my E350, which had previously experienced an air con leak, with the symptom of the slight whistle/wine through the air vents. I realize it's a different model, but the air conditioning was still blowing cold; the noise was caused by a lack of pressure. Unless there is a leak, air conditioners shouldn't need to be re-gassed. In my case, the purple dye used to locate the source of the leak.
  4. Mobilio is Mercedes-Benz's version of a breakdown service; provided you had a complete service record with the brand, they would send a van to your location at no cost and use Mercedes-Benz diagnostic technology to figure out what the problem was. On such a new automobile, a significant number of C63 owners would have Mercedes-Benz service records in their possession. The two professionals that I suggested may save you half of the amount of money that it would take for MB to repair it.😀
  5. You may reach Jay at Mercland or MSL in Birmingham by giving them a call. Both of them are experts in MB.
  6. When I lower the hood to shut it, my Blackvue dash cam records an incident that it identifies as a collision.
  7. MB Poole was an MB Classic parts stockist in the past, and it's possible they were the only one. That was a few years ago, so I have no clue if they still do, but it could be worth a try as I seem to remember that they did have quite a few SL pieces; having said that, I can't believe that there was much demand for SL600 components. That being said, it might be worth a try as I seem to recall that they did have at a few SL bits.
  8. If your flat roof is leaking, completely remove it and replace it. The main issue with leaks is that they seldom, if ever, occur where they first appear. Long-term costs may also be lower with a roof replacement and strip.
  9. He probably also has three pedals, but you beat me to it.
  10. Yes, I agree, and this shouldn't be so quiet. They should be screaming about it. While my neighbor's Range Rover keeps getting stolen
  11. VW keys 'go to sleep' after a while and don't work again until they are moved. There is no signal that can be copied. When I was taking some trash to the recycling place, I found that my keys were under all the trash in the trunk. When I was driving there, everything was fine, but when I tried to start the car again after putting things in the metal skip, it wouldn't start. I had to go back to the book and look for the keys under the yard trash. When I did, the car started right up. P.S. As a test, I put the keys back in the trunk after shaking them. The car starts right away.
  12. Are pets still being left in automobiles in 2023?
  13. Black LG K10 2017 SIM-Free Smartphone. With a new big 1/3" sensor and an incredibly brilliant F2.2 lens that captures light even in the darkest settings, the 120° Wide Angle 5MP Selfie Camera now has full-featured 13MP rear camera capabilities. Enhanced With the performance-power of a 1.5GHz Octa-Core CPU and 2GB of RAM, you can go through tasks quickly and without any hiccups. Keep your pictures, movies, and music on the 16GB eMMC detachable battery for simple swapping while traveling. The phone's specifications are as follows; my wife used to own it but is now selling it in order to get a new one. It comes with a case and several protective screen fronts, of which I believe there are still six in the packaging. It is in extremely good shape since she always takes good care of the stuff she has. I doubt this will be available for very long since it is also being sold on another forum, so please take some time to look at the photographs below. accepts SD cards up to 32/64GB in size. Asking price, which is a great deal at £55 including P&P.
  14. There are an overwhelming number of problems with it. Bush has a weathered appearance. It seems too quick to bolt through the undergrowth. Following the passage of the nut that secures it, there should be three threads visible. The hole in the bracket that formerly accommodated the identical bolt is now too large. There is an excessive distance between the return on the bracket and the position of the bolt used to hold down the bracket. And is only one bolt. Is it the appropriate length? Did it not also display any loose threads once it was done being stitched? After confirming the location of the shims that adjust the fore and aft position of the wishbone end, I would weld it into place. You will need a longer wishbone bolt with a minimum strength of 8.8 as well as a new bush. Ream all of the holes to ensure that the bolt will fit snugly, then choose the appropriate bolt. If you are merely going to be fastening the bracket to the wall, place two bolts near to the return or bend and one bolt in the middle of the rear edge.
  15. I'd simply open the pump and inspect it, as the likelihood is that it's good.
  16. Looks like tiredness. No blue, so not from being hungry. The first one is a little strange because it is mostly on one side. If that was smooth wear, I would say that rod is bent. Also, pull the mains and give the crank a good cleaning. I'd take it all apart because those pieces of metal are likely to be everywhere.
  17. I used Enviosec Group to sell my bmw 320i, and the process went well, however a major drawback is that they are expensive for sellers (took a significant fee from sale price of the car). I will focus on purchasing what they are offering instead, as there is no buyer's commission to worry about 🙂
  18. Crowthorne chrome plated my Swallow door knobs, hinges, and tread plates. They took forever. I was ignored and told "next week" whenever I called. I went there to find out about the delay, and the man stated they misplaced my goods. I saw something recognisable on the shelf behind him. My Swallow parts were plated and ready for pickup. They lost my components and neglected to bill me! Some moms do.
  19. I suggest you stop at Derby Platers if the trip is not too lengthy. My two vehicles both have radiator casings that were made by them. Both the Austin Swallow and the Dodge Brothers were chrome plated. The quality of the repairs they made before plating really stood out to me. In my opinion, they are among the finest in the area, and they informed me that the price they offered me would be the amount I paid regardless of the vehicle's brand. While I agree that they are pricey, I believe that you usually get what you pay for.
