  2. It is logical. I maintain low revolutions until the engine reaches optimal temperature, but I desire the ability to swiftly transition to peak performance when necessary.
  3. My vehicle is programmed to initiate in Eco mode to maintain low RPMs during engine warm-up.
  4. Is that due to the impossibility of accomplishing it with Bimmercode, among other tools?
  5. It is time to attend a tuning shop.
  6. It certainly impacts my 435d. Activating sport mode via the button results in a gear reduction. When I shift the gear selector to sport mode, it downshifts by one further gear. I have also attempted various 0-60 times, as I have recently acquired the car and am experimenting with it. In sport mode with the standard gearbox, I achieved approximately 6 seconds. In sport mode, the gearbox reduced the times to approximately 5 seconds.
  7. Simply activate the sports mode by pressing the button; no further action is required.
  8. I am unfamiliar with BMW and have no prior experience in coding. Is it possible to program the vehicle so that engaging the gear selector into sport mode instantly transitions the car into sport driving mode? I cannot recall a scenario in which I would like expedited changes without also seeking enhanced throttle response; thus, it would be advantageous to simply switch the gear selector to sport mode to optimise performance for overtaking manoeuvres. Alternatively, am I incorrectly utilising the drive mode selector? When I engage the sport mode via the button, the throttle response appears enhanced, and the gearbox downshifts. However, I assume it is also necessary to convert the gearbox to sport mode for optimal performance?
  9. No, it's not ATF. It doesn't resemble it at all. It originates beneath the pulley areas, behind the radiator. We'll see, I guess, because it's scheduled for October.
  10. The radiator typically contains an ATF hear exchanger. However, ATF is reddish-brown and smells unique.
  11. Getting a picture is pretty difficult. It's leaving rainbow patches on wet tarmac, so it's definitely not coolant. It appears too advanced to be ATF. In essence, it's leaking onto the front under the tray and then spilling on the floor every now and again. Basically, it's right behind the radiator.
  12. A sump seal? Could you upload a picture? Are you positive it's engine oil and not ATF or coolant?

  14. For a long, there were very few problems, but now there is an oil leak. recently reached 58k, but there is some oil leaking from the engine's bottom end. My engine is fine, however Google first indicated that camshaft position sensor leaks are rather typical for this engine (and potentially destructive to the ECU). Do you have any suspicions about this specific engine? Thank you!

  16. I have 75,000 miles on the same car, and the timing belt hasn't needed to be replaced yet. Kia probably advises inspecting the vehicle at 80,000 and replacing it at 160.000, but I won't wait that long.Additionally, I've attached the owner's manual for our 1.6 Mild Hybrid model.
  17. Hey, are you sure you don't want to correct that? A 1.6 mild hybrid with a BELT was introduced in 2019 and 2020.If it has a chain, describe the plastic cover on the timing and driver sides of the engine in the picture.
  18. There is a chain of timing. However, I would see to it that the tensioner belt is replaced when necessary. All service intervals are listed in the handbook, not the service book. Invoices for work done outside of Kia or a service book with stamped services are required. Then, as you lack the necessary documentation, you are unable to make any warranty claims.

  21. I recently purchased a car with 65,000 miles and no prior timing belt issues. When I called Perry's Kia dealer, they informed me that the interval is 190k. This is difficult for me to believe, and my responses have been contradictory. Does anyone know for sure if it has a chain or a belt (dry or wet)? Regards in advance. 23. I cannot recall the precise process I employed, but this was the note I made upon acquiring the vehicle: There are two Toyota applications available on the App Store, and the required one is the black MyToyota app. MyT application - finalise vehicle registration procedure - scan QR code/registration number/VIN to establish account - associate facial recognition/link profile to key - connect multimedia device - refer to Manual pages 50-56 ✅ Multimedia - Registration System ✅
  24. On my Pixel 9, I merely require Bluetooth to be activated for recognition by the vehicle's infotainment system to log me in.
  25. I encounter no difficulty after adhering to the basic setup instructions; both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth must be enabled, and my iPhone connects and pairs effortlessly each time. 🤷‍♂️
