TDudette
Does anybody have knowledge of the power levels that this might attain? On the second generation of cars from 2015 to 2020, with a tune and exhaust system, I see a power output of around 650 horsepower and 630 Newton-meters of torque while using 93 octane fuel (98 octane in the European Union). Curious about the meaning of E85 numerals If anybody has any information on this matter, then kindly share it. Thank you.
ByteStorm
A normally aspirated engine does not see significant power gains from using e85 fuel, unlike turbocharged and supercharged engines which benefit more from it. I will be astonished if anybody has taken that particular course of action NA.
TDudette
I was observing this video. He asserts a horsepower of 700. Curious about the actions he has taken about the engine.

ianwh4
The credibility of his claim of having 700 horsepower is questionable. It would be necessary to examine the dyno results both before and after the changes, which should include all additional enhancements such as LT headers and exhaust in the "before" scenario, and the inclusion of a flex fuel sensor, updated fuel pump, and modified injectors to accommodate e85 fuel in the "after" scenario. The exorbitant expense compared to the restricted advantage seems to be unjustifiable. Preserve your funds and invest in a TT or SC kit instead. TDudette
What is the function of the intake manifold and what are the advantages of using titanium valves? Thank you for the prompt response. Indeed, I have requested both the list of modifications and the dyno results. I am anticipating his reply. I would want to enquire with the forum on any potential modifications that have been made to the automobile. The cost is not a significant concern, and I have no interest in SC or TT. I have experienced driving both vehicles, and in my own view, it significantly diminishes the overall dynamism of the automobile. I have also reduced the weight of the vehicle by around 150 pounds by removing the exhaust, seats, batteries, and wheels. I believe that achieving a horsepower range of about 670-680 is feasible. Trevorseaf
There is a tuner that performs tuning services for a corporation that has completed this task and shared it on the Dyno Spectrum Facebook page. The cost of a Flexfuel sensor is $300, not including installation. The cost of a DS1 and tune file for E85 is $3400. The exhaust system is priced between 3000 and 6000 USD. It is capable of producing 606 watt-hours per hour, which translates to around 680 to 700 horsepower for the engine. The total cost ranges from 6700 to 9700 USD, depending on the exhaust system you choose. That is certainly achievable. And you maintain the same sensation of the vehicle. The supercharger will provide around 670-700 wheel horsepower at a cost of $31,000, and it also produces a distinctive whining sound. The turbo all-inclusive installation package includes the same amount or more, and it also includes turbo lag, which I am not interested in. That is a significant disparity. Regarding the comparison between tiny gains and the stock market, there is a trade-off in terms of financial returns.
TDudette
Are you suggesting that with these modifications, the use of E85 fuel will result in an engine horsepower output of about 680-700? I have not come across any specific data about the performance figures achieved with E85 fuel. I have already acquired a personalised tuning and a Capristo exhaust system. The vehicle has a horsepower of 643 and a torque of 603 Newton meters.

TDudette
Thank you for providing the link. Are you aware of the specific dynamometer at which this measurement was taken? The torque seems to be insufficient.
Screwdriver_1
What was the initial horsepower measurement prior to the use of E85 fuel and the tuning modifications?
