Optimal 20-inch wheel and tyre specifications for a Gen1

I will assist a buddy in finding a set of bespoke wheels for his 2015 first-generation vehicle.
Regarding the gen2, I possess precise knowledge of the ideal width and offset to get the optimum specification. However, I am less certain about the gen1.

For those of you who have 20-inch wheels on a gen1 vehicle, I would want to know the specific width and offset measurements you are using, as well as the tyre size you have chosen.
Please provide some photographs showcasing the fitting.

I have conducted research since I am also currently in the market.

Both the options of 20x11 ET30-35 or 20x12 ET42 seem to be favourable. The fitment of the tyre will be contingent upon its specifications.

I want to use 20x11 wheels with an offset of ET30 and install them with 325/25/20 tyres, if they are compatible.
