The convertible car is not functioning properly and cannot be converted.

Apologies if this is not the appropriate forum, but my friend's 2010 E350(?) convertible is unable to retract its roof. The device is completely non-functional, with no audible or tactile indications of activity. Is it possible that the issue is as simple as a blown fuse? Which location should I inspect to verify and identify the specific fuse?

It is important to note that the E-class convertible, known as the Mercedes designation A207, was actually built on the C-class platform, rather than the real E-class W212.

Attempt to unlock using the key fob as a component of the universal unlocking mechanism.
This might determine if the roof switch on the automobile is defective.
Purchase a pre-owned icarsoft MB2 for the price of £100.

We will keep him in consideration. Since Griffiths Mercedes in Bristol is nearby, we plan to take it there next week. We will then observe the outcome. Thank you once again for your assistance. I appreciate it.

Remember to consider Ben at Parkway Mercedes, a no-frills independent Mercedes-Benz service provider located in Fishponds. Please note that Parkway is not in close proximity to Fishponds. Ben will provide an explanation if you get the opportunity to meet him.
