EatSuru
Apologies if this is not the appropriate forum, but my friend's 2010 E350(?) convertible is unable to retract its roof. The device is completely non-functional, with no audible or tactile indications of activity. Is it possible that the issue is as simple as a blown fuse? Which location should I inspect to verify and identify the specific fuse?
bvlenci
You may find the information either in the owners handbook or on the fuse box.
Rashman4u
It is important to note that the E-class convertible, known as the Mercedes designation A207, was actually built on the C-class platform, rather than the real E-class W212.
DSM10000
Attempt to unlock using the key fob as a component of the universal unlocking mechanism. This might determine if the roof switch on the automobile is defective. Purchase a pre-owned icarsoft MB2 for the price of £100.

DSM10000
It is worth noting that there is a very skilled Mercedes-Benz expert named Steve at Avantgarde Mercedes, located in Clevedon near Bristol.
EatSuru
We will keep him in consideration. Since Griffiths Mercedes in Bristol is nearby, we plan to take it there next week. We will then observe the outcome. Thank you once again for your assistance. I appreciate it.
AMG33D
Remember to consider Ben at Parkway Mercedes, a no-frills independent Mercedes-Benz service provider located in Fishponds. Please note that Parkway is not in close proximity to Fishponds. Ben will provide an explanation if you get the opportunity to meet him.
