Greetings, everyone. Upon starting my automobile, I was confronted with an error message indicating a 'Central electronics failure', accompanied by the illumination of several diagnostic symbols (see to the attached image). The driving does not seem to have been impacted in any way, save for the inability to view the flat tire monitor. I am able to initiate and measure the pressure, but I am unable to see it for unknown reasons. During my visit to the mechanics, I connected an OBD scanner, but no error codes were detected related to the electrical components. The only occurrence was an error code 00452a, specifically related to the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). Subsequently, we replaced fuse 27 (Tyre Pressure Control/RDC) based on suggestions from several online forums, which indicated that it may be the potential cause of the problem. However, the issue persists. As someone with little knowledge in mechanics, I am unsure about the best course of action. Would it be logical to consider buying a new RDC/TPMS? If that is the case, where can I get this? I really appreciate any assistance that is provided!

Thank you for the assistance provided by everyone. Regrettably, there is no coverage for misplaced keys. Lost key amid expansive 100-acre rural fields. There is no possibility of it being utilised by a thief.

I have misplaced one of the keys for my 21 Evoque. I own the remaining original. What would be the approximate cost for a dealer to provide a replacement? Is it possible for an automotive locksmith to provide a lower price?

Gargle with some water! Look at the IL6 (I sought for an R129 with the intention of purchasing one with the classic M104 engine). -

Over the weekend, I want to clean the coolant and examine the engine thoroughly. So far, I appreciate your recommendations. 😉 -
Recommendations for 1998 SL320 maintenance?

Bigger assignments will need to be outsourced to an independent contractor, although I do the mundane tasks. -
I have a big dossier of all the prior work done on the vehicle, which is 26 years old with 90,000 miles on the clock, and it has a very excellent service history. At this time, I am not worried about how it drives. It recently passed the MOT with flying colours and zero advisories. I want to be proactive and stay ahead of maintenance by inspecting and replacing things before they break. What should I start thinking about? A few years ago, it had new front springs, lower wishbones and sway bar bushes. I was worried about the ride quality at first, but now I know it's not the shocks; the vehicle handles well, and the shocks do their job. Externally, there don't seem to be any issues with the shock mounts; not even little rubber cracks. (No receipts show that these shocks or mounts were ever changed.) I have no problem swapping out broken components, but I'd like not discard functional ones. But we are aware that some vehicles might mask their issues. Have you any ideas?

Perhaps it is the day when I will get a new automobile...

I own the latest Xceed GT-Line model with a sleek 'Phantom Black' exterior finish. The object has an exquisite, aesthetically pleasing, attention-grabbing, and lustrous black colour. The only disadvantage is that it is very susceptible to revealing any little scratches, such as when manoeuvring past another vehicle on a small rural road and inadvertently making slight contact with a portion of a hedgerow. The light scrape reveals the white primer. However, with white or silver, the visibility may be less pronounced. Despite using Black T-Cut and a brand wax, the scratch remains evident. However, I have a strong affinity for the deep and intense black hue that Kia employs in its vehicles. Nevertheless, it would be beneficial if the paint thickness could be increased by a few microns. You will really like it. 😉 -
Thank you. I explicitly informed him of my preference for purchasing a vehicle equipped with all-wheel drive (AWD) or four-wheel drive (4WD) due to our ownership of animals and the need of pulling a trailer. The problem I am facing is that I am unable to get my vehicle examined by a local technician due to time limitations. None of them are willing to work on it, and the Kia dealership has a waiting period of one month. Therefore, I am uncertain about the appropriate course of action, since the dealer or the warranty provider may refuse to provide coverage if the fault with the AWD system is significant. And I will exceed the 30-day time frame.

Greetings, I am new to the Sportage and I am seeking assistance from someone knowledgeable with it. I purchased the aforementioned vehicle little more than a week ago from a dealership and have already identified two problems. Initially, the AWD warning light was on at the time of purchase.I just became aware of it after driving the car 200 miles back to my house. The device does not remain continuously powered, but rather turns on and off at irregular intervals. Not just at the first stages. The second problem is that the seatbelt on the driver's side does not remain securely fastened. I had two instances of losing balance when leaning forward at a crossroads. However, a more concerning incident occurred when my boyfriend was driving and abruptly used the brakes, causing me to lose balance and fall off. I have reached out to the dealer on the purported 3-month Bluechip warranty, however it seems that there are discrepancies. The dealer advised me to clean and apply a spray on the seatbelt, suggesting that the issue may be related to improper fastening. I was displeased with it. The warranty has previously explicitly stated that they would not provide coverage for this particular issue. In addition, he said that the AWD light was not on at the moment of purchase; nevertheless, I had evidence to the contrary. I will be bringing my vehicle to a nearby shop tomorrow to get the seatbelt inspected. However, none of the local garages are willing to address the problem with the AWD light. I scheduled an appointment with the main Kia dealer for a check-up, but my dealer informed me that the warranty does not cover the charges charged by Kia. Additionally, I will have to wait for a month before I can have it inspected. My father, who inspected the automobile on my behalf, advised me to return the car and request a refund within 30 days, citing its unsuitability for its intended use. However, the dealer is denying any problems with the car. Furthermore, once the Kia dealer examines it, it will already be too late. If there is a problem with the all-wheel drive (AWD) system, any necessary repairs would fall beyond the timeframe or maximum limit covered by the warranty. Do you have any guidance or recommendations? Thank you.

Which specific retailer? It is still around 300 km distant from here, but not a worldwide journey. It is worth attempting.

Thank you for providing your first emotional evaluations. We plan to take action in the next days. Our location in the southeastern region may not be ideal for trading mediation in the Rhine-Main area, but we appreciate the offer. However, I would also consider purchasing from a shop that is further away for several hundred euros. I would test on site to see whether anything is approaching 15%, and I would be quite OK with that outcome. Happy Easter I will provide more accurate input after obtaining more information. If someone want to propose a dealer, please provide the information via a private message (PN).

Greetings, community As previously stated in another article, we are on the verge of ordering our new automobile. Nevertheless, I am now unsatisfied with the circumstances provided to us. Nevertheless, our "vehicle policy" is an uncommon exception. We want to purchase the automobile via commercial means, opting for financing rather than leasing. Avoid forming a friendship with leasing because to brand reliance. We typically operate a vehicle for around 10 years with an annual mileage of around 25,000 kilometres. Therefore, we have devised the following financing plan: Prepayment of 25€ The target rate will be 45,000 euros after 3 years. BMW-Bank is offering financing at an effective annual interest rate of 4.99%. During my calculations, I obtained an approximate car worth of €92,200. On an estate with a return of 10-11%, which is quite meagre to me. The present economy in the automobile business is not expected to be excessive, but I had previously deemed 15% to be reasonable. The vendor emphasised that the estate's performance is highly reliant on its size and sales numbers in the AH. Should I consider obtaining a different proposal from Germany's prominent NL, and if so, what would it entail? Currently, I am uncertain and would appreciate any helpful advice on finding a reliable dealer.

The Kia exceeds cuts out at around 3 miles per hour.

Thank you for the information. Based on what you've said, it seems like there may be no problems with my ISG system. The dealer is requesting around £100 for a diagnostic assessment to see whether there are any issues.According to your post, it is possible that this is just a component of the system. When the automobile comes to a halt and the idle stop and go (ISG) system activates, that is acceptable. However, when you are travelling at a speed of 3/5 miles per hour and your vehicle suddenly stops with another automobile following closely behind, the situation becomes less favourable. -

I own a manual gearbox vehicle, and I suspect that the timing of deceleration may have some significance. It is quite vexing when all the connections abruptly cease. Particularly when there is another motorist just behind you. Until I get it inspected, I will likely deactivate the start-stop function.
