  1. Used to be prevalent in Glasgow at football games - mind your vehicle, sir! The fee was a few pennies. The more considerate response to 'no thanks' was to inquire if the item could blow up tyres.
  2. A professional shouldn't need more than one hour per side. I haven't done the procedure without the arms in a long time, but the more the bushes wear, the simpler they fall off. With the correct lubrication and a pry bar, new ones aren't that difficult to fit around the arms.
  3. I have just acquired a solid state system that will, in the not too distant future, be offered for lease to interested parties.
  4. Made the front pivot suspension like this, with a single bolt going through this angle and down through the "L" part of the frame. I drilled a second hole in mine and used a second bolt. This will at least stop the wheel from turning. Use bolts that are at least 8.8 mm long, and IVA requires that at least two holes show through lock nuts. You can weld this bracket, but you have to do it after the lower axle has been properly shimmied. This gap is different from car to car and even from side to side.
  5. Poster123 Thank you buddy. They must be in the right place because the car was driving fine before, but there could be a split somewhere. Is it enough to just look at something?
  6. Cleaning maf and map sensors does not imply that they are functional.
  7. Thank you for your advice, buddy. I did take a quick look at the vacuum pipes I worked on, but I didn't make any changes.
  8. Hi All. I'm new here, so if anybody can assist, that would be great. have an M47 engine in a BMW 120d. It has the EGR, Swirl flaps, and 02 sensor engine management lights on. The solinode that controls the hoover egr was not holding hoover, so it was changed. The hoover egr has been cleaned out. No better still. Swirl flaps on the removed intake manifold were checked, and they all moved without any issues. It has through a solenoid test, holds hoover and functions as it should. Also passing inspection was the flap actuator. cleaned map and Maf sensors. There were no boost leaks found despite a search. The car handles OK, but the turbo seems lifeless and has no genuine power. Please assist.
  9. All of it seems too good to be true, but after reading these testimonials, I am convinced that this business is legitimate and helps in a way that prevents online buying from being scammed which is popularon the internet, therefore you need to exercise constant caution. For this reason, you need a business like Enviosec Group to ease your concerns.
  10. What exactly is the ncs expert? It's incompatible since I'm running 64bit.
  11. Having access to their infrastructure and oil at a discount is a huge boon to my budget. In my view, changing the oil at regular intervals is important. cheers
  12. Every six months, I replace the oil in my 640d, using just a genuine filter and a decent grade ll04 bmw certified oil. I am fortunate in that my friend runs a garage, so I can receive the oil for free. It usually costs me about £50 in total. cheers
  13. About once every six months, I give my 640d an oil change using just an OEM filter and high-quality ll04 bmw-approved oil. Fortunately for me, a friend of mine runs a garage, so I can barter with him for oil. The total is usually about £50 for me. cheers
