HT Leads for 2010 E350 CGI - Component A2721500318

My E350 CGI is experiencing a misfire, and my technician indicates that it need new high-tension leads. Mercedes provided the component number A2721500318, but subsequently indicated that it is out of stock in the UK and has been discontinued. I have contacted Mercedes in Germany, and they have provided the same response. The vehicle is just 14 years old and has recorded 90,000 miles. I am not prepared to abandon it for the sake of generating HT leads.

Any suggestions or information would be much appreciated.
