CheresX
I have just been driving my vehicle at night, and oncoming vehicles are signaling me with their headlights. Do you have any suggestions as to why there are no broken bulbs, and I am certainly not using the high beam?
Trevorseaf
Visit the dealer to have the headlight alignment inspected and verify the tire pressures. Additionally, check if you have a weight in the trunk or if you have neglected to activate the headlights, relying only on the bright daytime running lights. br1anuk
This seems to be a prevalent problem with contemporary LED headlights. I have been often flashed when driving my Sorento, which I have had for a few months, similar to my experience with my previous BMW. Although BMW made minor adjustments, I continued to get flashes. LED headlights are advantageous for drivers, particularly in rural areas; yet, they pose significant challenges for oncoming traffic. This concern has prompted motoring organizations to call for an examination into their use.
p00rmansp0rsche
I believe the dip beams are inadequate. I requested the dealer to elevate them to the maximum permissible level and was informed that they were already at that height. The high beam performance is satisfactory; however, the dipped beam is inferior to that of my previous vehicle equipped with xenon lights, which were themselves subpar compared to the prior halogen lights. Performance under fog is suboptimal. The Auto setting for dip sometimes exhibits a sluggish response time.
br1anuk
I agree with high beam aid. My BMW detects other vehicles extremely immediately, even distant tail lights, but the Sorento only registers a car when it is almost 100 meters away.
Screwdriver_1
I am really satisfied with the headlight performance of my current Kias, both equipped with Intelligent Front Lighting, and I do not experience being flashed. The Sportage has more seamless beam position changes and exhibits less striations.
