E250 or E350 CDI Estate

Recommended Posts

We have made the decision to sell my spouse's Range Rover Sport. He has had it for a duration of 7 years and now it is appropriate to transition to something else. He is doing research on his next desired vehicle options, which include the BMW 530/535d or the E350 CDI (W212). Nevertheless, I have informed him about the E250 estate, since my own vehicle is an E250 cabriolet (A207) and has enough power when necessary. We want a property with enough room and adaptability to accommodate our two dogs. Nevertheless, he is concentrated on something with a substantial force. I believe he is leaning towards choosing an E class car instead of a BMW, but in fact, can a 250 serve as a replacement for a 350?

...............350.

BMW is often a superior vehicle for driving enthusiasts, however dogs may not find it as enjoyable. Additionally, there is reason to believe that the motherboard has a greater amount of volume or physical space.

Although we all have varying preferences, for me, the number 350 is consistently favoured throughout the whole day. Indeed, it has more potency; yet, in my perspective, its significance lies mostly in its method of delivery. The car's performance is much smoother, which is a highly valued characteristic in this kind of vehicle.

I own a pre-facelift E350 CDi saloon equipped with the more recent 265bhp engine.

It is an exceptional fruit. The vehicle offers a sleek, polished, and noiseless experience, with enough power available when desired. The drive is also delightful. Highly recommended.

Prior to making a decision, ensure that you have thoroughly familiarised yourself with the issues surrounding adblue, Nox sensors, and the clean air zones in adjacent cities.
Does your diesel vehicle accumulate sufficient mileage?

The individual in question covers a distance of 22 miles every day, mostly on B roads due to their rural location. I, on the other hand, have had my vehicle for about 10 months and have seen no issues with the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), despite driving less miles but sometimes making journeys to Heathrow. Even if he choose a 350 petrol, there is a scarcity of such vehicles.

I am aware that there is a scarcity of fuel, and many of us are facing the same situation.
Are the Nox sensors priced at £1000 for the pair?
The cost of an Adblue tank is around £1000.
The purpose was to inform you in order to prevent any costly surprises.
The 350 is an exceptional diesel engine.

Based on the information I have seen, it seems that Blue efficiency is considered satisfactory, whereas blutech is regarded as unfavourable. Given that the postings were old, is the current consensus still aligned with those ideas?

Yes, we observed that, but it is blutech. In addition, he has referred to another 350 in Mercland, but once again, they are associated with blutech. This morning, you could see a summary of these on their website, but attempting to load it resulted in a "site unavailable" message. Is it possible that it has disappeared?
