I continually receive a "Enter valid VIN" notice, despite the fact that the number I provide is unequivocally accurate. Is there a contact number available for speaking with someone? Upon accessing the owner's site, I input the VIN, which I have verified multiple times as accurate, however I receive the message, "Please enter a valid VIN." Exasperating.
