PixelMaster
Greetings everyone, I have scheduled an appointment for tomorrow with the local Mercedes dealer to have my rear subframe examined, which I suspect has already fractured; I conveyed this information to them over the phone. I have children and am concerned about safety issues. I would like to know if there is anything further I should add to guarantee the free-of-charge replacement. Mistral
A free replacement is not assured. Various sellers appear to have distinct methodologies. I am uncertain whether your decision to have children will influence them. If anything is hazardous, it is hazardous. Best of luck; please inform us of your progress. jennycarlotta
As already said. Furthermore, should they consent to a complimentary replacement, anticipate that your vehicle will be inoperable for the entire period, namely from now till the dealer obtains approval from MB, procures the part, and executes the repair. PixelMaster
This is an update: I visited yesterday for an inspection and interacted with an individual named Jak at Blackburn. They were quite courteous and have consented to perform the repair as a gesture of goodwill and free of charge. I enquired whether I would incur any charges, since I observed that other individuals had to pay for various nuts and bolts; nonetheless, he told me it would be entirely complimentary. He has successfully arranged a vehicle for me while mine is inoperable, resulting in a favourable outcome overall.

Craigbelont
I believe we require a distinct 'Subframe.'
