Automobile illumination devices

I am experiencing an issue with the headlights on my 2010 Mercedes 250 Coupe.
When the headlights are on high beam, they seem to scatter erratically rather than illuminating the road ahead. It is likely that the reflective coating inside the units has sustained damage or corrosion. Is there anybody who can provide the accurate component number for replacement lights? It seems that the Saloon has a distinct lighting system compared to my Coupe. Any guidance would be very beneficial.
Thank you.

Have you ascertained if the compromised coating is located on the inner or outer surface of the lens?

These glasses experience UV degradation on the outside, which may be remedied (see to YouTube).

These are really the standard Halogen H7 lights, correct? Not High-Intensity Discharge Xenon?

If the headlight reflector is only filthy and not broken, it may be cleaned safely. Conduct a search on the maintenance of telescope mirrors and adhere to the guidelines provided. The process is introducing a heated amalgamation of alcohol, distilled water, and pure soap into the headlamp, agitating it, and then performing a rinse with distilled water before drying. I performed this to clean my motorbike headlight reflector which at the time was 40 years old and extremely dull. It significantly enhanced the light output.
