The years 2010–2015 were not their LED headlamps' heyday. The 64 reg KX3 I owned came equipped with HID headlights.According to Aerofly's post, they must be marketers. Therefore, it is not legal and cannot pass a MOT.

Unless an entirely new set of LED headlamps bearing the relevant certification marks is being modified. such as an E number (E11) for approvals in the UK

Lamp units aren't made to accommodate blubs, but I don't know what you mean about full units.
