  1. While Swmbo was getting the EV6 all set up, he had to utilize the vehicle quite a bit. truth be told, I haven't been providing enough care for my A205 Cab. I was just giving everything a once-over and saw this. Tires had been over-inflated (ugh) and I had lowered pressures a few months earlier, but with everything going on, I failed to notice that the center was degrading faster than it should have. Just Tires matched the lowest price found for 245/40 R18 97Y XL MO Continentals. The Friday morning timing is perfect. I've had an excellent experience with Just Tyres, and I'd recommend them.
  2. Probably YOUR responsibility. You may just copy the text and paste it into the appropriate subreddit.
  3. Keep in mind that only A6 Allroads from the years 2001 to 2005 will fit in this discussion group. The locals here have little exposure to vehicles like yours.
  4. I have been using Sonex Rim Cleaner but would want to know more about it. Is it the top option? or somebody has used it?
  5. Many people use the SPR in Stockport, which has received positive praise, and it's located at the bottom of the M60. Nick Webster, who is located farther down (in Poynton), has once again received positive reviews.
  6. I love the 200tdi engine, but for daily towing and driving on the highway, the TD5 is your best friend and a great engine. However, I would be more concerned with the state of any vehicle I might buy than with the engine. Condition is the most important thing, because there are some real dumps out there.
  7. I chose both. I have a set of 18" wheels with 155/55/18" m+S tyres for road use and a set of 16" wheels with 235/85/16" MT tyres for off road use.
  8. Hi All I'm selling a Maypole roof bag. It may be folded up into a handy storage bag. With the included fittings, roof bars are simple to attach. Only sometimes used since I now have a roof box. It is £10 Buyer must pick up, or I may deliver by Evri. Postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
  9. In contrast to the narrow, the wide features small square slots in the main body tub where the rear lights may fit. Unless it's a vehicle with removable arches. However, the fact that *all* removable arched vehicles (save one!) have broad bodies makes it obvious. Early models are practically indistinguishable from Caterhams when pre-lit. Bonnet/nose bodywork is a few inches lower than the subsequent "high line" on a narrow low line. A tape measure would likely be necessary for the untrained eye to determine this. Not wide: Narrow... Wide body: These are now available as factory standard. A broad body or an evolution thereof is what you get if you purchase a new Westfield. The cockpit area is 2 inches larger on each side and 4 inches longer than a thin.
  10. I have a 2017 M140i manual with a stage 2 map created by a reputable local company, a mst intake, and a decat downpipe. I had no trouble at all keeping the vehicle stuck in any gear before I got the map. At approximately 140–150 mph (on private ground), I have a big backfire and plume of carbon dioxide out the rear, although this only happens when I hit about 5,000 RPM in fifth gear, according to the map, at which point it somewhat reduces in power before kicking in again. The coil pack is good, and the NGK iridium plugs I placed have reduced the issue to a negligible degree, so I went ahead and installed them. Has anybody ever seen this, or do you have any suggestions, or am I simply the victim of a **** map, or is it time to whack the head off?
