  3. Thanks for the Bosch Part No. as well; I really needed this since I can't seem to respond to anyone. Once again, I am grateful.
  4. Hello, I was wondering where you purchased your pump and tubes. There seem to be a lot of options online, and the prices can vary greatly. I placed an order on Tuesday, and the tracking showed that it was delivered to someone on the other side of London, not me. I am now requesting a refund. Thanks for the assistance; if you bought one, I might as well do the same.

  6. I drained the oil from the dipstick hole of my 2015 SE 1.4 just now while servicing it. I usually empty the sump, but I'm in the midst of a move. The P7006 is the Bosch oil filter.
  7. I think the sump plug torque is 14 nanometres.
  8. For what reasons do you prefer that approach?

  10. Salutations Everyone, Can someone verify or refute the rumour that my 2015 Automatic Corsa E 1.4 SE cannot have its oil drained via the dipstick? I've heard this claim before. Additionally, does anyone have the correct part number for the oil filter? I've noticed that some stores provide ones that are too big, and it's not easy to swap them out when your car won't start. Last but not least, Barry, I would greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me if the sump plug is torque or hex fitting. If the pump out method isn't an option, I will need to purchase a new one.

  13. Have you reached out to organisations like these?
  14. I, too, have been trying to get 2.7, but to no avail.
  15. That was my mistake; my fingers just didn't pay attention. Have you heard or read anything about this gearbox swap? Also, which one are you going to use? Would it be possible for you to make the necessary modifications and swap? Sorry, but even if the swap works out perfectly, the 22R won't be powerful enough to power the T100. As an alternative, why not use the 2.7 that was offered for the T100?
  16. With DOT, no issues. Also, my score is 3.0, not 2.7. Because of the 3.0's reputation for overheating, I will not be reassembling it.
  17. Fixing the 2.7 would be considerably easier than doing a swap, so that's not unusual. Plus, you'll be losing fifty horsepower and, more importantly, that much torque. Would you like to return to an engine that uses carburettors? How does the Canadian Department of Transportation and Motor Vehicles work? Interchange engines in vehicles?
  18. I agree with that. I am exchanging. A gasket blew on the 3.0.
  19. Is an engine swap in your future? 22R was never part of their package. The manufacturer's 3RFZE 2.7L was utilised.
  20. For my 1993 T-100, I need an inline four-cylinder engine with a 22R 2.4-liter displacement.
  21. The technician is required to physically inspect the DPF and surrounding emissions components during the 24E06 Recall, rather than simply plugging in a laptop. In order to gain access to or inspect these areas on Euro 6 engines, it is common practice to move, drain or disturb the coolant lines that supply the EGR cooler or exhaust system.

  24. The level of coolant is satisfactory, and I will attach a diagnostic to it later on today. Since I haven't noticed any issues with the vehicle while driving, I'm wondering if the ECU has thrown a DPF fault. This evening I will know without a doubt.
  25. And it's likely that they're right. You are jumping to conclusions without first getting the problem diagnosed; all you know is that the car was in for repairs. Is the coolant level checked? Because low coolant is the likely cause of the symptoms you've described. According to the Mk4 Mondeo's cooling system, the absence of heat emanating from the vents is the initial indicator of insufficient coolant.
  26. In order to update the software that controls the DPF, my 2021 2.0TDCI Mondeo was recalled. I noticed that I had no cabin heat but the engine temp was normal the following day when I went to work after this was done on Monday. The engine management light then went out on the way back home. I contacted the dealer who performed the software update, and they are adamant that the problems I'm facing are unconnected to the work that was done. Is this something that other people have experienced?
