WiseSage Posted 2 hours ago Share Posted 2 hours ago Hello, I am experiencing trouble starting my b-class. It turns over with no issues, however it fails to engage the accelerator pedal. No problems have ever shown up on the computer after I had new glow plugs, referb injectors, a dpf filter, sensors, and a starting motor installed. I've taken the car to three different garages and mechanics, and none of them have been able to solve it. The 65-plate vehicle still drives well and has 28000 miles on the odometer. CyberNinja Posted 1 hour ago Share Posted 1 hour ago The other possible explanation is a leak back, or excessive leak off. Helpful because it often doesn't display any problems until it won't start at all! If even a single injector fails to attain pressure due to severe leakage back, the entire system will not fire.
