Motoman
There seemed to be a loose part on my lower mount. It seems like a damper or tensioner of some kind. The accompanying image has it highlighted for you. Please excuse the low resolution. I checked a Mazda parts catalog, and that specific component wasn't listed as being included with the mount. After looking at a few different parts, I figured I may as well just ask.
Craigbelont
Not that I can tell much from the photo, but I don't see anything that seems loose. Tell me about the automobile you drive. The year, make, model, and powertrain choices would be very useful.
Motoman
Auto is standard on this 2003 Protege5. This next picture is somewhat improved. I need clarification on the red section. Lower Mount Blue is the Blue. The red central bar is nearly entirely pullable out, and it wobbles a great deal. A broken rubber bushing is used at one end. If these photos aren't good enough, I'll take more.
Motoman
All right, I discovered a different resource that explains it well. The Automatics use this device, which acts as a roll damper. I wasn't sure since the schematics I looked at didn't seem to match the part's actual form.
clk320x4
I've been hunting for this in every possible place. Why is this component here? It's broken and mine.
Motoman
This device acts as a roll or torque damper. It lessens tremors in the engine and transmission. Specifically, it's a Engine Mount Dynamic Damper. B28V39990 Item Number B28V-39-990 is a superseding session.
alpaco45
Mine is in utter disrepair now. Not able to discover any more references to it online. The component number you provided saved my bacon.
