Blu_Ray_UK2007
I have been searching for a 2012 R8 GT to acquire, with the intention of subsequently doing a manual conversion on it. However, this particular one is causing me confusion: https://www.phofnash.com/inventory/used-2012-audi-r8-gt-5-2-fsi-quattro-2d-coupe-wua9nafg3cn900310/
Blu_Ray_UK2007
The ad indicates that the colour is "Suzuka Grey Metallic/Ice Silver," nevertheless, it seems to be silver in my observation. I believe the object is covered with a matte wrap, which might be altering its colour to some extent. Could someone please determine the precise colour of this automobile based on either the VIN or the pictures?
alpaco45
The information is included in the advertisement. Exterior colour The colour of the car is a combination of Suzuka Grey Metallic and Ice Silver.
Blu_Ray_UK2007
Indeed, they are two distinct colours that were offered in 2012, correct? Is it possible for the automobile to have both Suzuka Grey and Ice Silver colours? I am attempting to ascertain its identity.

Chrishazle
I believe Ice Silver is referring to the frontal grilles and rear bumper segments. I am sceptical that the current colour is accurate, nevertheless, it seems to be a shade of silver or a deeper shade of grey. The primary paint used is Suzuka. ianwh4
This GT is the Suzuka model. Best of luck with your purchase.
drummer
Indeed, this is Suzuka Grey. The interplay between light and colour is evident.
carBlacken
The misunderstanding over the identification of color(s) in the for-sale ad is likely caused by the combinations of colour options available for the MY2012 5.2 quattro Coupe. Each paint colour is associated with a certain sideblade colour. (Furthermore, customers have the option to select each paint colour with additional sideblade colours or carbon fibre.) Trevorseaf
Undoubtedly, the Suzuka Grey colour is the only option available for the GT model. It is quite unlikely that the Ice Silver colour was offered for this particular model. Suzuka Grey appears white in direct sunlight, but takes on a grey or silver hue with a subtle blue undertone under gloomy conditions.
